The front desk let me check in earlier upon my arrival, helped me with my huge luggages. Cozy place.
Walking distance to yu yuan. Don’t like to walk? Don’t worry, hotel provides free shuttle to few must visit spot all day long, utilise and save on didi :) Walking distance to 小杨生煎 too.
Love the room setting, huge space for 2 large luggage and a cabin luggage, still have spacious walkway. The window is covered with net prevent mosquito visit 😛 yet still can feel the chilling weather of Shanghai.
The most impressive staff is ms 葛强芬 at the 2F dining, hardworking from front desk, rapid cleaning, fill water for coffee machine, replenish food and check on our needs. I left a jacket and she kept for me until my next day visit. 😍
Unlimited drinking water, chilled or warm to your liking. The warm flower tea served at lobby is nice too! Complimentary canned drink in the fridge.
Linen clean and daily housekeeping. Super hardworking team.
Besides, the intercom is picked up by human, feel more human touch. They helped me with my MeiTuan order as I did not have local mobile.

SSubash LHotel is located pretty near to Pudong Airport, making way to the airport fast and convenient.
Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is really good. Save space for the tasty pastries and cakes.
Front desk service is great, nice and helpful. They assisted me order take-out pizza online and delivered to hotel after a long day at the Disneyland Park. The hotel arranged a birthday cake for us prior to our arrival and at very reasonable price (cake was baked inhouse).
If you take the effort and time to communicate with staff, you will achieve the assistance you require from the hotel team. Downloading a “Translation App” and “We-Chat” is highly recommended if you cannot communicate in Mandarin.
Please book your Disneyland drop-off and pickup shuttle 24 hour prior and register yourself with the “We-Chat” group (There is a QR code at the front desk). The hotel’s private guide on the bus ensured my family got through the park gate and registered at the park guest services.
Tip! if you need to communicate with the hotel staff prior to arriving, I found “We-Chat” to be the most convenient way (Novotel Shanghai Pudong Chuansha Mobile WeChat number is ***********).

Senz Hotel, from the moment you step into the lobby, you will feel at home. The lobby is modern and culturally rich, spacious and elegant, and the staff is very warm and thoughtful, and their professional and meticulous service attitude makes people admire. The accommodation environment here is spacious and quiet, which makes people completely relax and feel rare comfort and tranquility.
However, what impressed me most was the management team of Senz. They won our respect with excellent management and professional service. From the overall operation of the hotel to the details, whether it is room service, catering service or other needs, they can get a quick and satisfactory response. This efficient and energetic team ensured that every need of ours was met, bringing us an excellent accommodation experience.
Next is Estilo Restaurant. The food here is simply amazing! From the diversity and characteristics of the menu to the chef's superb cooking skills, to the delicious dishes, everything is amazing. Moreover, their service is first-rate, from pre-meal preparation to post-meal finishing, every link is well organized and meticulous. Whether it is a gathering with friends or a business banquet, Estilo Restaurant is an ideal choice. Special thanks to Mr. Noel and Charles for their hospitality.
As for Ivy at the Spa, her professional skills and friendly service are unforgettable. Her massage techniques are skillful and in place, which makes me feel extremely relaxed and relieved after a busy work. Ivy is extremely sensitive to the needs of each guest and can accurately provide the most appropriate SPA services. Her professional knowledge and enthusiastic service made my experience in the Spa reach the extreme.
Overall, Senz Hotel, Estilo Restaurant and the Spa have provided us with excellent service and experience. Whether it is the facilities, services or the professionalism of the management team, I am deeply satisfied. I highly recommend Senz Hotel and Estilo Restaurant to all friends who are looking for high-quality services and food, and I would also like to thank Ivy for the meticulous SPA service she provided us. I had a really good rest for two days! I stayed in a renovated room and it was pleasant and had a nice view. Next time I go to Shanghai, I want to stay again. It was good that the staff spoke English well and responded really kindly. The receptionist Ms.Michelle,Zhang responded with sincerity. The place was kept very clean and the room was also perfectly clean everyday. the location is good, very close to the Jinan temple, overall we had a great time. Convenient location, easy access to the subway… We got a room with the best view! Oriental pearl was my view during my stay!

Looking out of the window of the room, the scenery is quite intoxicating.
Large areas of green plants and the green ocean sway gently in the breeze, as if they were playing a silent welcome song, and we came to Shanghai.
The buildings in the distance are rolling. Under the sunlight, the outline is clear and
It is full of layers, as if it is a picture drawn by architects and workers with the most hard work. In the middle of the building, you can occasionally see a few wisps of evening fire burning clouds, which is just like giving this picture scroll.
It adds a little mystery.
The courtyard of the hotel is even more unique.
The flowers in the hall and the shrubs outside are scattered and colorful.
In the middle, there is also a landscape tank like a clear pond. In the tank, the sesame fish in the water swim happily, sometimes jumping out of the water, splashing a string of crystal-clear splashes.
The green plants by the fish tank, the slender willow branches hang on the water.

The room I stayed in was a legendary Pearl Tower view room that I could see while lying in bed.
At first, I was assigned to a room that was not neat and they upgraded me
(The first room was a very side view that you have to get close to the window to see it ㅠ)
I am grateful for the hoteliers' kind hospitality and had a good rest.
The night view was also very good from the room.
It was a shame that the lights were turned off at 10 o'clock, but thanks to the beautiful sunrise
I was able to heal properly and leave!!!
