The room is nice, the transportation is convenient, Wanda is next to it, parking is also convenient, and it is convenient to park on the ground and travel. The pillow is very suitable, and the sleep is quite comfortable. The bathroom is equipped with a rubber band for tying hair, which I didn't bring with me, which is very good.

This hotel is amazing! Great service all the way from the gate to the check in, to the rooms. It gave us an ancient China kind of feel. It’s very quiet and our baby slept well. I regret that we only stayed for one night. We would love to visit this place for a few days. We came here after spending 5 days in Sanqing mountain and staying at Hilton Sanqingshan. It’s definitely way worth a visit. The rooms are huge! Felt like living in an apartment. The breakfast was alright, we ate to our fill. It’s mostly Chinese cuisine, but they have good coffee and some western cereals. We did not like the smell of the shower gels and shampoo though, it was very strong, but that was just a minor issue. We will definitely come again to enjoy the tea, the Chinese cultural history filled corridors and enjoy the ambiance, it’s truly a different experience that I’ve ever had in any other hotel.

During my stay at your hotel, as a guest with mobility impairment, I felt the meticulous care. Every time I went up and down the elevator, they took the initiative to help me. They also asked about my request for breakfast and sent it to my room. They also helped me with laundry, etc. Every detail was heartwarming. In particular, the staff's warm and thoughtful service attitude, and they would greet me with a warm smile in any scene in the hotel, which not only made my stay experience easy and pleasant, but also made me feel the warmth of home. The hotel has a good environment. The facade looks very retro. Once you enter the lobby, the lounge is also a good place to check in. The sound insulation of the room is also good. Even a light sleeper like me can sleep comfortably. The little brother and sister at the front desk Their service attitude is very good. If I don’t understand anything, they will do their best to help me. If you have any questions, call the front desk. They will solve your problem very quickly. They are very efficient and very satisfied! ! ! ! The bed is also comfortable and the mattress is extremely soft. I also specifically asked the little girl at the front desk for the link to the mattress. The little girl at the front desk gave me a call and the price was pretty good. I placed an order when I got home. The point is, the location is conveniently located and surrounded by food. It seems to be called Sanfu Nong. The room I stayed in on the first day had a little flaw. On the second day, I changed it to a room with a bathtub for free. I went out to play until 11:30 p.m. before returning to the hotel. The lady at the front desk even gave me a plate of fruit. . The day before I checked into the hotel, I called to ask what requirements I had for the hotel, and the requirements were met, which is very good. The two rooms I live in have large floor-to-ceiling windows, the view is very good, there is no sound when the windows are closed, and the stay is very comfortable. The bathrobes in the room will also be packed in a dust bag, which is very good. Highly recommend staying

It's a nice hotel with a nice big balcony and nice rooms. Breakfast tasted great too. Let's start with the shortcomings. The breakfast environment can be improved. For example, the tables and chairs are changed to double tables instead of round countertops, and the lighting is dim. I forgot my room card at the dining table, and the front desk asked me to go back and get it myself. If I didn't have it, I would be fined. (The result was delivered after I called the restaurant at my request) The front desk's request was reasonable. After all, it was the guest's own problem. But such a cold reply shows that humans are worthless, and robots can be used to replace humans.

The location of this hotel is good as it is within the valley scenic area. the room that we booked was nice and clean with a good view. It was also near the food street and the main activity area. The valley was quite scenic (esp.night time when the whole vallley is lighted up), and the experience in the valley was good with many food stalls and cultural performances. The buffet breakfast spread was very good. Note that there is no laundry service. However, the hotel service needs improvement. When we arrived, the taxi was not allowed to drive to the hobby lobby, and we need to drag our luggage to the hotel reception from the entrance of the scenic area although it's not a long distance. My room was quite far from the hotel reception (10 min walk with many steps) , there was a hotel staff to guide us there. He was kind enough to help my wife with her luggage, but I can see that it was not a default service for them to help with the luggage as it was not mentioned by the reception to call them to help when checking out. The reception did not offer us the map of the whole vallley and make recommendations of what to do. We were a bit lost after we checked in to the room and had to walk up to the reception to get the map. Check out time was 12pm. But after breakfast, we came back to the room and found that we couldn't access the room with our card. We called the front desk, and they couldn't unlock it via the system and had to get a staf member to come to our room. Good thing that I bought the local SIM card and am able to call the front desk . If not, I will have to walk up to the reception to get this sorted out, and I had a train to catch! After checking out, I requested reception to call a taxi for us. To our surprise , she replied that they don't do that for guests. She asked us to call the car hailing service ourselves even after i told her we are not local and not familiar with the didi app. After repeated requests, she eventually helped us call a car. I'm not sure why she didn't offer assistance from the beginning. The experience would be better if the hotel could look into improving the areas that i have brought up.
