This hotel is located a convenient location to cross Huanggang Port to enter Hong Kong. The overall stay was OK but was not what I expected of a 4-star hotel. The room was not as clean - with dust on the floor and fur/hair/dust on bed items like bed sheets and pillow covers. For a person with bad dust allergies, I asked the reception if we can have cleaning service to clean or a different room but they could not accommodate because the cleaning lady was not here. We ended up changing bed sheets and cover ourselves, and having to find the cleaning lady ourself the next day for room cleaning. Shoutouts to the cleaning lady, who had been friendly and helpful! No follow up from the reception staff the next day or throughout the stay at all. They also did not go over any amenities which I could use for free at my check-in at all. I never figured out where the laundry room was, which should be free per trip.com. How dare the staff asked for a good review on trip.com at checkout when you didn’t even provide a good service…

I like the hotel and enjoyed the breakfast and services were great! The one thing I appreciate would be if they didn’t ask me to give 5 stars before I go…
Also the location is ok but not right next to station or big mall. Still it’s easy to get taxi to places.
The window handle is broken so I couldn’t lock it maybe that’s why I could hear voices in the middle of the night from outside but it’s not too bad.
Smoking smell is NOT an issue in this hotel :)
Overall I will stay here again

First time to stay in this hotel. Good service and good location, quite easy to find and only take around 15 mins by walk from the Chiwei mtr station 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻You can also go to Fuxing Road which nearby, there are so many food restaurants serving different kinds of food, I had barbecue there. And also Walmart is there if you want to buy snack, drink and all anythings you need.
