We were there for 2 nights. The drive there from Livingstone was not bad. We made it to Siavonga but signage to the hotel was poor. We got lost but eventually found the place. Breakfast was nice. Other meals took long to prepare. Our last meal took 2 hours to be prepared and that was only after reminding them. Housekeeping was extremely bad. Our children spilt a drink in their room, and it was never cleaned until we left. The boat cruise was overloaded. Few life jackets were provided. It delayed starting off. The pool was hijacked by non -residents and management did nothing about it. The rooms were dirty. The airconditioner and the fridge were not working properly.
