When I checked in at the hotel, the front desk manager Zhou was very enthusiastic. He arranged a room and upgraded it to a deluxe standard room. The hotel also upgraded the suite for free and extended the check-out time to 2 p.m. The manager was particularly enthusiastic. During the National Day holiday, I booked a standard room at a special price. It was only over 300 yuan per night during the National Day holiday. This price is really good. The hotel environment is also good and the breakfast is very rich. It is less than two hours' drive from the Sickle Dam Grassland and Jiuzhaigou.

The hotel is located in Jinxing Road Commercial Street, Chuanzhusi. The surrounding area is very lively and convenient for food, accommodation and transportation. It is right here when going to Huanglong, Norgay and Jiuhuang Airports. The decoration is very magnificent, with three independent beds, which are very comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom and room are clean and the area is OK. There is no air conditioning in the room, but it is not needed in summer. It is cool when going out at night, and the room is not hot. The breakfast is OK, and the eggs and meat buns in the breakfast are delicious. It is very convenient to take a taxi to go to the scenic spots, and you can negotiate the price with the driver.

I revisited Songpan 20 years later and it was the same high altitude at night. Maybe the magnetic field here is not suitable for me. I took my 70-year-old parents on a self-guided tour of Western Sichuan, leaving Huanglong Scenic Area and heading directly to Songpan (Huanglong is covered with ice and snow, but there is no snow in Songpan). The hotel is in a very good location, just outside the ancient city wall of Songzhou. It is free to climb the city wall in the off-season, and there are many restaurants in the ancient city. The lights for night tours are also very beautiful, making it a suitable stop for a trip. There were not many guests in the off-season, so the room I chose had a good view and had a balcony. Unfortunately, the balcony door could not be closed and no one was called to repair it. Because there were no windows, it was better to leave a slit for ventilation when sleeping at high altitude. The room is quite clean, the bathroom is well separated from wet and dry areas, and the bed in the twin room can sleep two adults. recommend!

The environment and rooms are better than expected. The hotel is very grand. It snowed in Songpan the night before I came, so I could sit in the room and see the snow-capped mountains. It was a pleasant surprise. I had altitude sickness in the second half of the night. Fortunately, there was a pipe in the room so I could wear a mask and breathe oxygen directly. The service attitude of the staff was very enthusiastic. I was very satisfied with the quality of the hotel at this price.

A small house in the forest, surrounded by a moss forest, you can go on a light hiking forest adventure with your children. You can see yaks, black pigs and horses grazing everywhere, which gives you a sense of jungle life. The cabin feels like a fairy tale, but the bathroom facilities are not ideal. It is very humid in the rainy season, which is a disadvantage. The B&B is located on the other side of the Huanglong Scenic Area. According to Tibetans, you can reach the Huanglong Scenic Area by climbing over the mountain on the side. It rained continuously so I couldn't try it. The altitude is still relatively high, 3200 meters. Another thing is that it takes more than 3 hours to go to Huanglong and more than 4 hours to go to Jiuzhaigou. It is very time-consuming. If you want to visit Jiuzhaigou, I do not recommend staying here. The last and most important thing is that the mountain road into the B&B is under construction. The only mountain road in and out is in very poor condition. If you want to go, communicate with the B&B about the road conditions in advance. Do not enter unless it is off-road.

The room is clean and spacious, and the electric blanket is a must. There is a canteen on the first floor that provides home-cooked meals, which taste good. The environment is beautiful, the room faces the distant mountains and the greenery makes me feel very comfortable. The staff are kind, friendly and patient. The boss even personally sent us to the airport at 5am to catch our flight at 6am. Thank you very much. Really recommend.
