the room was not clean at all! i dont know y you do not check the room before guest check in! in the morning, i was just taking some pictures at breakfast hall, but an angry man come to said you are not allowed to take pictures!!! sorry Tooba hotel, maybe you are nuclearr district!!!! your breakfast hall was empty of guest! i would never come back here

I stayed in Hotel Tooba on two separate occasions in 2023 and 2024. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, walking distance to practically any venue you seek. It is at perfect proximity to a beautiful park (Park Mellat). I can’t say enough about friendly front desk staff and concierge. They were professional, attentive and courteous. Mr. Haj Mehdi at the concierge was very kind. He helped me on both of my trips by picking me up from the international airport with kind smile, and welcoming spirited demeanor. Restaurant on the roof top was my favorite part of the stay. Pouya and Alireza were the best servers and I loved going there to have my daily dose of Espresso. They all made me feel welcome and at home. The lobby was cozy and relaxing with a good aesthetic. I was offered complementary coffee or tea every time I had guests visiting me in the lobby. My room was nice and reasonably furnished. Good thing about the room was a comfortable bed, an important feature for me to unplug. The room could use a more upgraded TV and cable service though. I recommend this boutique hotel and I would definitely come back again.

Facilities in the hotel were nice, everything is clean, rooms are cosy, very good to sleep, quite. The neighborhood is good. The staff is very beautiful, nice and helpful! Mohammed H. took us from the airport and back. The car is great. Both trips were safe, calm, fun, fast. Mazyar at the desk met us and helped with a lot of various things during our visit. All the staff helped to understand Iran better! Probably the only disappointing thing was that the sauna and spa didn’t work. Also not so much local dishes in the menu of the restaurant. But still we loved our stay. Totally recommend Tooba

Good hotel Clean rooms Affordable price Nice restaurant with free breakfast meal Nice building in a beautiful street Kind staff and very supportive, one of the staff (Alireza) assisted me to book in another hotel when I needed to extend my stay and were no available room in the this hotel. I will definitely recommend it.

We stay there for 2 weeks with mama and my baby and I dare say this hotel that’s like your home sweet home and And all those who work there very kindly and and conscientious. And I must add that The location and food and cleaning and prices of hotel so good Thank you for the good memory you left for us
