The hotel is good, it is a very young hotel. It is much better than other hotels in Navi-Mumbai. The problem was that the breakfast was booked but the hotel did not check it and received the breakfast fee. Ctrip later solved it.

It takes about 50 minutes from the airport, so it's far, but the room service is good and the quantity is good. There aren't many things outside, so I have to go to Yu-Babul.

Room cleaning is the best in these hotel, My room number is 501, I stays here for a week, every day is the best for me, Mayur from housekeeping plays a good role, he truly an important asset to the company. this is the 4th time i’m staying at this hoteland it was wonderful experience as always. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants downside. within walking distance. All staffs are friendly and helpful in nature specially Ritika who has helped us out with smooth checkin and checkout. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was very pleasant. We just moved here from the States and the hotel staff was very helpful with our adjustment to life here in India. The facilities were always very clean as well. We would definitely stay here again!!

Room was near and clean staff is good but room has maintanence issue that made me bit upset like tv wasn't working, then the exhaust fan in bathroom not working ac had no remote and so had to operate it manually but for that also temperature was broken and on and off button of ac was also not working properly. Lucky i was that it somehow got on. Or else my better half would have got a lot angry. Please maintain the room which you charge for.

The hotel starf was very hospitable. It’s a very clean property. Perfect for business and personal stays. The staff was very cooperating and allowed the flexibility in terms of check outs or meal timings. Loved my stay here. Looking forward to come back again!!
