Staying at Shatore Nishioi Apartment was a wonderful experience! The apartment offers the unique charm of living in a traditional Japanese-style home, which made my stay feel very authentic. Briefly describe the situation of the hotel: First of all, we booked it because of the self-service check-in and geographical location. However, on the day of check-in, we found: 1. Hygiene problem: the light at the door was on and the heater was on, there were used towels on the hair in the room, on the floor and in the washing machine, and there were no indoor slippers or bathroom slippers. 2. Hotel customer service problem: After discovering the hygiene situation, we called and contacted the customer service as soon as possible, and got the final result of the refund of the cleaning fee. Then we asked how and when to refund the cleaning fee, and asked me to contact the Ctrip platform, but the platform is currently unavailable. 3. I encountered a hotel check-in problem in a foreign country, but I am very grateful for the assistance and communication of the Ctrip platform and customer service. I would like to thank them here!

Please remember that there are 2 URLs to enter before you can get the password~ Don't be like me, who stood outside the door for more than an hour, calling to no avail, waiting for customer service's response but not immediately, and I was scared to death. It was very difficult for me to move on the basket, and the steps were relatively high. Nearby is Nishi-Okawa Station, and the rhythm is not strong, so keep quiet. In addition, there are civilian canteens (delicious and cheap) and convenience stores that close until 22:00. It was nice because it was bigger than similarly priced hotels. Four people stayed for two nights, and it was comfortable because there was a living room in two rooms. The living room was really big, so all four people could open their suitcases. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the subway. There's a 24-hour mart, McDonald's, and a convenience store near the station. I was a little worried about cleanliness after reading the Airbnb reviews, but it was cleaner than I was worried about. A microwave, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all provided.

The room is very clean. The location is good, not far from the BTS.

The best part is the location. It's 2 minutes from Nishi-Oi Station, which is also 3 subway stops from Tokyo Station. There are also a supermarket, 3 convenience stores, and McDonald's nearby, and it doesn't seem dangerous because it's on a main road. The facilities are old, but they're relatively clean, and each of the 2 rooms has a queen-sized bed, so it's spacious. The living room is also spacious enough for a 4-person table, so it's useful. The amenities include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap, and the home appliances include a TV, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer, and washing machine, so it was convenient!
