The rooms are good and that's the only good thing in this hotel. Service is pathetic. Even the food is costlier as compared to the taste of food. They will not even provide water on time if its evening because their main focus is on bar that is at terrace. Not good for family stay as the party happening on the terrace have people from outside. Doesn't feel safe either.

The rooms at the hotel were good but the staff and service were very poor. I will not suggest anyone to stay there.

We had a very bad experience with this hotel. The hygiene level was very bad. Rooms were not cleaned properly for 3 night stays, even laundry was not changed after complaining with the manager. No clean and hot water for showers in all the three rooms. The manager was just listening to our complaints but not able to resolve a single issue.

"we stayed at kamay courtyard in udaipur. The ambiance is superb, i highly recommend this restaurant, the food was amazing and the service was fantastic. Great Weekend passed at Most Beautiful property with Great view located near Lake pichola with excellent food service and Good Natured service staff from front office to house keeping .😊
