Nice place to stay in the bustling city of Varanasi, hotel is clean and all necessary amenities provide an excellent place to take a rest from the city that is pretty crazy. It is about four kilometers from the river Ganges. Breakfast is fine but not very extended, meals for dinner were good price wise.
The only issue we had was the way too loud noise of the air ventilation in the shower that took a lot of drama before it was turned off, a request that I had to repeat three out of four nights. Overall I would recommend this place though, it's professional and decent and an oasis compared to what you'll encounter once you get onto the streets.

Very nicely done rooms..food is awsm...services are perfect..beautiful property.Located in middle of city..so transport is also not a problem.Everything was perfect..enjoyed a lot.washroom are clean..rooms are big n spacious.clean property

Horrible service we booked two premium twin beds, and they did not have the rooms ready even though we got to the hotel just after 17.30. And we were taken up and down the floors for 35 /40 mins to give us the room. As the rooms were not even ready and they kept showing us different rooms which we did not even book. And they have no sense of customer service. When asked for a manager one min, the guy said he was downstairs, and when I went down and asked, he said he had gone out. There was one of the guys who called himself right-hand of MD is the rudest person here. He acts like he is the owner of the place. They have no curtains the door in any rooms, so you have sleep with outside lights and the main door made horrible loud noise.. would never recommend this hotel to anybody.

I would suggest for stay purpose they need to improvise in breakfast, rest all things was good, nice stay.
