Otter Falls

Just returned from a fabulous 4 days stay at Otter Falls. We were initially booked into the Little Lodge but unfortunately when entering the lodge we discovered a problem. I phoned Reception and within under 45 minutes we had been relocated and settled into Otter Lodge 2. Issues/problems are inevitable in any establishment but its how the team responds to them shows the true image of their customer service and they were excellent! Thank you to Kayla and the maintenance team for relocating us so promptly & effectively. The lodge was located right by the lake and watching the wildlife during the day and then spending time in the hot tub at night was so relaxing! The lodge was extremely clean, tidy and cosy, the kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfy and rooms spacious. Beautiful place to stay, we will definitely be returning soon.

Well what a loverly time me my friend and our 3 dags had ,we stayed in a cottage with a hot tub ,cottage has everything you need for self catering including a dish washer and a freezer ,we went on some loverly walks and visited the on site pub every member of staff went out of thier way to make our stay a fabulous one ,I can't thank them enough ,they really have thought of everything here even the hot tub is situated in your gated garden is tucked away to give you maximum privacy ,I highly recommend coming here it's beautiful , peaceful ,and fabulous

We stayed here for the Twixmas weekend break. The cottages are adorable and very clean. Everything you need is there. It is like a home from home. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The personalised welcome goodie bag for our dogs was such a wonderful surprise and our dogs enjoyed the toys and treats. ( you even got some poop bags!) We opted for a breakfast hamper that was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay. A brilliant dog friendly location. Can't wait to come back!

If you look up the word "tranquil" in the dictionary, Otter Falls would be there. We stayed at one of their Signature Lodges, by the lake. Just beautiful. The Lodge was spacious and comfortable, with large windows looking out onto the lake. Wildlife was plentiful and friendly (a robin perched on my hand!) The staff were friendly and helpful. We especially liked toasting free marshmallows over the firepit. We only traveled half an hour at most to get to all the attractions (the Donkey Sanctuary, Seaton Trams and Lyme Regis). I thoroughly recommend this lovely, peaceful and happy place.
