Best Four Star Hotels in Yilan

It's a family hotel. Lots of people. In the mornings the restaurant is very crowded. Small hotspring pool and inside hotspring are nice. I had a room next to the parking lot. Not very inspiring.

To celebrate my family’s birthday, I took my family to stay in a better hotel. Our arrival time was around 14:00 in the afternoon, an hour earlier than the expected check-in time. But the hotel staff still helped us check in and informed us when we checked in. The pipeline for bathing and hot springs is being repaired and cleaned these days, so it is not possible to bathe in hot springs. We only know this now I didn’t know that when the service staff took us into the room, they found the bed in the room. I haven’t sorted it out yet. I feel embarrassed right now. Later, the service staff immediately explained it to us and apologized immediately. Then invite us to take a walk around the hotel and take a look. Let us know when the room is ready I think it's very good But it was not done until after 15:00. At that time, the hotel staff also told us Invite us to the hotel bar for some juice or coffee The number of results is unknown. The bar staff did not know the news. They only brought two glasses of water to us. My family and I were dumbfounded at that moment. My family also asked me if the service staff just said they would bring us coffee juice. Later I got up and asked the bartender, but he didn't know anything about it. Later I wanted to forget it, but the waiter said it didn’t matter. What do we want to drink? He bought us a drink and then my mom ordered a latte without ice. As a result, the waiter said that he had never used it without ice and he would try it... From the beginning to the end, I feel that the hotel service needs to be strengthened and the connection between employees and departments needs to be conveyed correctly. Of course we arrived early and we might be wrong, but didn’t we notice it when we checked in at the counter? Next, there was no notification to the bar staff that we needed to compensate us for coffee or juice due to some situation or problem within the hotel. Really do not recommend your hotel

Been here a few times . It’s always peaceful and the hot spring does have a hot sulphur smell unlike the other hot springs in Jiaoxi. Normally when we check in before we get offered lots of help and because we’re here with a baby they would ask if we need bathing stuff for babies as well as a bed mini protection gate/ wall which prevents the little one from falling off the bed. However , this time round we had to ask for these stuff ourselves for the first time! Also, we normally ask for an hour late check out because our toddler usually naps during that time where we would offer to pay for the over time . 3 times they had given us a free extra hour, but this time the woman refused and said I had to pay an extra half day board for an extra hour which is ridiculous. She said it was full, however when I checked availability online they had plenty of room so she was obviously lying. Shame , I used to like this place , now I would reconsider coming here again as the level of service has dropped and we were becoming regulars at one stage !

Careful introduction starting from check-in. Afternoon tea snacks are provided as well as red and white wine for sipping. Late night snacks are provided before going to bed, which is really considerate. The security staff of the amusement facilities are also very enthusiastic, and the breakfast is also quite rich. The hotel's location is in a prime location, very convenient, but not noisy. It is a highly recommended hotel in Jiaoxi.

Was upgraded to a bigger room with 2 double beds and with better view which was a plus! Free parking available and location was central for us to go to the different locations we planned to. Staff was friendly and kindly explained that they were an eco hotel and did not provide any disposable toiletries.

Booked this hotel thinking it’s a hot spring hotel and read the reviews saying the breakfast is very good, hence was willing to pay more for this booking. But after 2 nights stay there, sadly to say that the tub is just normal water and not hot spring, and the breakfast was nothing wow. However i would highlight that the vegetarian options are not bad, can let the staff know and there’s a separate menu (3 dishes; soup, radish cake, and stir fried noodles). Do note that if you’re staying over the weekends, you’ll need to choose a slot (2 slots iirc) for breakfast which kind of disrupted our plans. Overall the stay was pleasant.

The hotel's simple reviews are as follows: We are 2 adults and passengers staying on weekdays 1-Hotel room type: 10th floor standard sea view room 2-Accommodation: Two days and one night 3-Dining: I didn't eat buffet because of the epidemic *Feeling: From the idea of a four-star hotel, 1- Accommodation hardware: The best of course is that you can directly see the scenery of Guishan Island and the milk nanobath in the room. Other hardware facilities are quite satisfactory. 2- Accommodation software: the overall waiter feels a little less/the counter part is polite, but the response to the call before check-in can be more kind/high-altitude starry sky to see the sea coffee Coffee Hall: The staff in charge of the reception on the same day were very kind and enthusiastic. The scenery afternoon tea and night were good. 3- I also want to suggest: If you want to increase international passengers (especially new competitors such as OA HOTEL), do you want to add some subtle and convenient services? For example: whether the shuttle bus time can be linked to the advanced train timetable/and flexibly increase the shuttle bus b- In addition to bicycle rental, you can negotiate the convenience of the motor vehicle rental and transportation links to nearby attractions c- provide a simple sightseeing map of the surrounding area

Art Spa Hotel -Execellent experience: amazing room, staff, services, hot spring facilities, prime location -unlimited entry into its hot spring areas up to 1h after checkout (outdoors and indoors). Rmb to bring swim wear and swim hat else you can buy in the hotel (which is comparable if not cheaper than the stalls outside). Entry into springs is based on a sticker that can be redeemed at the concierge. There are lockers at NT10 inside if you want to put your belongings. -food wise can walk out, turn right of the hotel walk around 10mins (use Google maps), alot of good stalls on the same way to McDonalds. There is even a supermarket on the way. -Some worthy food mentions:Linjia Guangdong Beef Noodle Restaurant (not a looker, v discreet but we swear the beef noodle soup taste can match big brands and names like the liu shan cough in taipei), 香肠伯（standalone 烧烤摊位), Sinbow scallion expert (order the scallion spiral pizza 葱派，we went back for it 3 times in our 2D1N)

The deluxe family room is very spacious and comfortable. There is a hot spring in the room to take a bath. Because COVID-19, the hotel's male and female soups are not open, they do not enjoy the steam room, simple Chinese and Western breakfast, the hotel staff is very kind, and free bicycles are also provided. It is very convenient to ride a bicycle around the scenic area of Jiaoxi. It is very close to the Jiaoxi Transfer Station. You can also put your luggage in the hotel and take a bus to the transfer station to the nearby scenic spots. Recommended hot spring hotel!

Langju Cultural Tourism is located on the Taiji Line Provincial Road (Qingyun Road) in the Toucheng District. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Toucheng Railway Station. Toucheng Old Street and Toucheng Bus Terminal are closer to the hotel. It is very convenient to go to Beiguan, Wushi Port and Jiaoxi by car. It is very suitable for passengers who use public transportation tools. Qingyun Road has fast food stores, convenience stores, chain coffee shops and restaurants, and many popular queue snack bars in the city, life functions are good. There are cars for children to play on the first floor of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the decoration is simple and refreshing. The bathroom has a separate bathtub, but the washstand is a bit smaller. Breakfast is in the top floor restaurant, the view is very good, there are many types of meals, you can eat very full. Yilan's accommodation is mainly hot spring restaurants and homestays. If you want to live in a general hotel, Langju Cultural Tourism is a good choice.
