I am beyond disappointed with this apartment. We paid a large sum of money to find out that the owner lives hundreds of miles away and has no staff on site. We have had no heating for 4 days, the fridge broke and we lost all of our food. The ceiling plaster is falling onto our bed and the owner doesn’t care. My other half has spent hours of our holiday trying to get non polish speaking holiday makers into their rooms because there is no receptionist. Zakopane is beautiful but these apartments are a joke. To be totally fair the apartments are owned by different people so other apartments may not be in such disrepair. We are ground floor apartment 1A. Give it a wide birth if you want any kind of customer care, especially if you don’t speak polish.
