It is located in Taizicheng, only a 5-minute drive from the high-speed rail station. It can walk to the famous attractions of Taizicheng Ruins, which is extremely convenient for travel. The staff Alice FRED warmly welcomed us, checked in efficiently, and also carefully provided surrounding tours and food guides. The room is exquisitely decorated and well-lit. The bed is soft and comfortable, and the bedding is clean and tidy, which helps me quickly eliminate fatigue. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are of high quality and exude a pleasant fragrance. The room is equipped with high-speed wireless network, smart TV and other equipment to meet office and entertainment needs. The room butler Lillian provides enthusiastic service The hotel restaurant has a rich breakfast, covering Chinese and Western breakfast. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed skiing. The slopes are well prepared and easy to ski. We enjoyed CNY at the hotel and also the F&B Arrangement did meet our expectations - even though we are European. I would like to mention that the staff was very helpful - especially Hannah (Front office) and also both the F &B Manager and Housekeeping Manager made sure we were well looked after and all three spoke very good English. Thank you very much and we will visit again.

Just came up to Thaiwoo mid-week in December to spend one day in the slopes. The room was very spacious and there if a full size fridge. My room also had a large Sofia. The breakfast was ok, more Chinese style.

This is a very new, clean hotel with excellent staff and great value for money. A special mention has to go out to ELLA who works on the front desk: she provided some of the best customer service that I’ve seen during my time in China. She is very knowledgeable about local services, very concise, and extremely helpful. Thank you and see you again!

We chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

The hotel is ideally situated in a prime location, making it easy to reach and navigate. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its stunning beauty and elegant decor. The check-in process was very smooth. They even offer self check-in. After we arrived to our room we received a welcome plate of fruit and yogurt. The room we stayed in was a masterpiece of design, meticulously decorated with a keen eye for detail, and the cleanliness maintained by the staff was impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered an impressive variety of dishes, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The area surrounding the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the river, adding to the overall charm of our stay. The only thing missing is a swimming pool. The other amenities are very nice.

We stayed here on the National Day. We were very satisfied with the hotel room. Malijiao at the front desk was efficient and enthusiastic. We checked in quickly at the self-service machine and did not have to wait for a long time at the front desk. The hotel is generally suitable for sightseeing. You can take a cable car to see the mountains up and down, with a panoramic view of golden trees. The room is clean and tidy, with a balcony to see the mountain view; double bed standard room, the bed is big enough; there are performances and iron flower at night, as well as a flying phoenix ~ highly recommended

The hotel is really clean and the services are up to par. My friend and I got executive lounge and it took forever for them to check up in because we were foreigners. When we were finally checked it. We decided to stay longer as we were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the space, but we were declined at the front desk with the excuse of my friend passport is with the immigration and she only had a visa sleep so they can’t allow us stay in their hotel longer. And they kept calling our room asking for our school’s name in chines, our home address. So many frustrating personal questions. But aside from that, they were really friendly and the place was nice, the breakfast was great as well

The hygiene and environment are both very good. If one is good, the other will be good. The facilities are very good to me. The service is very good (thank you Xiaolin for the ultimate service). I stayed here when I came for vacation in the summer. Now I choose Taiwu Hotel with confidence when I come to ski in the winter. I feel that Taiwu has become a treasure shop that I can show off anytime and anywhere! Although I have stayed here many times, I am shocked by the service of Taiwu Hotel every time. Obviously, I have been here many times and experienced it, but the meticulous service of Taiwu. And he really considers your small plan without affecting your ideological premise and original plan.
