There are limited means of transportation to get to this hotel. It took about 3.5 hours by UBER from Alexandria, costing 1400 yen in local currency, but UBER could not be used from the hotel to Marsa Matruh, so I had to call a taxi, which took about 45 minutes and cost 600 yen. Also, communication at the front desk was not good at dispatching the car, which was very unpleasant. There seems to be no taxi nearby, so it takes a long time to call one, so I recommend requesting a taxi at least an hour in advance. There is nothing nearby, and it is a different story if you want to enjoy the pool and the sea on the hotel grounds, but if you are thinking of sightseeing from the hotel to Marsa Matruh, I think it would be better to stay at a hotel in Marsa Matruh, considering the round-trip taxi fare and travel time. It may be due to the season, but I felt that the beach had strong waves and was not suitable for swimming or for children to play. The rooms are clean, but the amenities are basic. Drinks in the room other than water are charged separately. It is not all-inclusive. Dinner was included in the price of the room, but the only drink available was water; other soft drinks and coffee were charged extra.

The hotel is just beautiful. The location is strategic. The facilities are top notch. At the reception, the best is Mr. Oussama Selim, he is helpful and generous. He assured us of our reservation even before our arrival. A big thank you to Mr. Faramawy the room division and all the stuff Amira Essa and Abdallah Mohamed. Best hotel ever, and definitely coming back soon 👍 all love from Morocco 🇲🇦

I had an amazing vacation with the first row villa on the beach , everything was perfect and organized . Mr Hassan he is an amazing manager who made sure that everything was smooth and he responded to all to our requests. - the room was perfect it was on the view of the lagoon and it was amazing but the Ac was noisy and the staff of the house keeping was so friendly - beach was perfect with the animation team but there is not enough privacy space between the seats. - everything was available in the resort with cafes restaurants activtites you dont need to get outside
