Visit Sayram Lake and stay at a hotel with a view!

I went to the snow hot springs in Shawan, Xinjiang. I drove from Shawan to Sayram Lake in the morning, and stopped to enjoy the scenery along the way. By the time I arrived at Sayram Lake, it was already sunset. Every time I see the windmills, I know that Sayram Lake is near. I've been to Sayram Lake five or six times, but this is my first time visiting in winter. I booked the Xinmin Muyun Shanju Hotel near the east gate of Sayram Lake Scenic Area in advance. The name is beautiful. The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes from the scenic area. There are all kinds of food downstairs, including Xinjiang cuisine, Sichuan cuisine, fried rice, and barbecue. There are many choices. The light luxury suite I stayed in was very large, about 70 square meters, and the overall decoration was modern and elegant. The bathroom was also large, with a separate bathtub. In the evening, I played cards, drank tea, and chatted with friends. The heating was sufficient and the soundproofing was good. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the curtains in the morning! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a view of the snow-capped mountains. The hotel was worth it for the view alone. In winter, Sayram Lake is beautiful and not crowded, making it a great value.
