Changsha Window of the World is located in the northeast of Changsha City, Hunan Province, China, by the Liuyang River, covering an area of 400,000 square meters. It is a comprehensive theme park that combines the wonders of the world, historical relics, famous sights of ancient and modern times, as well as world folk houses, folk customs, world song and dance performances, and large-scale mechanical amusement facilities. Changsha Window of the World was founded in 1995 and opened for trial operation on October 1, 1997, filling the void of theme parks in Hunan Province. The park integrates a land amusement park, a water park, and a children's park, including the Fine Hair Tuo Park, New Concept Water Park, European Street, Xiangjiang Lake Town, and other areas; the main amusement facilities include the Sky Garden Ferris Wheel, suspended roller coaster, pirate ship, and super horn. Every holiday, Changsha Window of the World sets up different themed activities, with an average of more than 20 themed events held each year; there are also performance programs such as the Civilization Lake Water Dance Show, Dancing World Song and Dance Show, King Kong Jungle Percussion, and Charming Xiangxi Folk Customs Performance.
