This time, the ISEYA High Altitude Hotel we booked in Chengdu was loved by both kids and mom! We booked a loft two-bedroom suite, which has a large living room enough for the kids to jump around. The location is right at Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, making it very convenient to shop around just by going downstairs. The most satisfying part is the hotel's facilities and services, which are extremely comprehensive. From small items like pots, bowls, plates, chopsticks, and spoons, to large items like ovens, induction cookers, washing machines, dryers, Harman Kardon speakers, and projectors, everything is available. The hotel provides one-on-one butler service. When you check into the hotel, you add the butler on WeChat, and the butler is always available to help with any needs. For example, if the kids want to watch cartoons, the butler will come to the room and log into the hotel's membership for free viewing. If you want to order takeout late at night, the butler will arrange for a robot to deliver it to your door after you place the order and write down the room number. The same goes for deliveries, which are also brought to the room. Every morning at 10 o'clock, the butler will send a WeChat message asking what time is convenient to clean the room, which is very considerate. On the second day, when we went out to play, my sister left her framed glasses in the room. When we came back, we saw a card on the bathroom sink written by the cleaning staff, along with several extra glasses cloths, which was very thoughtful! It's very important to book a good place when traveling with kids. This time, both mom and the two kids were very satisfied and happy, and I was 100% happy.
