Zui Loulan is a great place to try Xinjiang cuisine. They have several new branches.

Today, I'm checking out the Zui Loulan branch on the third floor of the Guangdong Media Building. The Xinjiang cuisine here is unique and they offer a range of authentic Xinjiang dishes. Xinjiang cuisine is known for its rich use of spices and unique cooking methods. The restaurant is very upscale. The main hall is full of exotic charm and there are many private rooms, making for a visually satisfying dining experience. [Xinjiang Big Plate Chicken] Zui Loulan's Big Plate Chicken is a must-try. The chicken is tender and delicious, and it's usually served with wide noodles. [Yili Special Horse Meat] The texture is very chewy. The lean horse meat is a high-quality source of protein. [Wild Chive Scrambled Eggs] This is a special dish. The chives have a unique texture and the more you eat, the more fragrant they become. [Grilled Lamb Ribs] This is my favorite part of the lamb. The lean meat is even more appetizing with chili powder. The meat is fragrant. [Kazakh Crispy Milk Skin] This is really good. The sweet and delicious milk skin is a Xinjiang specialty. It's crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. [Xinjiang Yogurt] It's very thick and handmade. It's served with nuts and raisins for a rich texture.
