A Sichuan restaurant worth visiting again and again!

The name "Bashier" sounds very Sichuanese. 🌶️🌶️ I was shopping with a friend at Mayflower Plaza and wanted something spicy. I saw this interesting name and went in. The restaurant is nicely decorated, and the color scheme is very comfortable. 😌😌 There are many seats inside, and each seat is spacious and comfortable. The waiter warmly greeted us and recommended the signature dishes. 🐟 Bass with pickled vegetables I love fish, so I ordered the signature bass with pickled vegetables. I was surprised by the portion size. It was a big bowl. The fish was fresh and tender, and even the pickled vegetables were delicious. 🐷 Salt and pepper crispy pork Fried to a golden brown, the color was tempting, and it smelled delicious. The crispy pork was great, and I wanted more after finishing it. Dipped in chili powder, it was amazing. 🍜 Chongqing noodles The noodles were chewy and delicious! The bowl was full, and the portion was generous. With the special seasoning, it was delicious!
