The Overseas Chinese Memorial Hall in Heihe, Heilongjiang Province is an important venue for displaying the patriotic spirit of overseas Chinese and students studying in Russia. Li Fuqing performed well and was appointed as the leader of a four-person guard group, leading three other guards to stand guard at the entrance of the building where Lenin worked.
