After a day in Cheung Chau, I boarded the ferry back to Hong Kong Island, my heart filled with a longing for this island. The boat gently rocked with the waves, and the sound of the water lapping against the hull whispered the stories of the day. As I stood at the edge of the deck, gazing at the afterglow of the setting sun, my eyes were drawn to a girl. She sat on one side of the boat, facing the gradually sinking sun, her figure appearing particularly soft in the golden light. Her long hair fluttered in the wind, and her dress swayed gently, as if she were one with the ocean. In that moment, the sunlight illuminated her face, making her smile even more radiant. Her gaze was focused and dreamy, as if she were capturing the beauty of the moment with her soul. The surrounding noise seemed irrelevant to her, and the whole world became gentle and serene in her eyes. I couldn't help but think of my own past, when I too would sit quietly, enjoying the beauty of nature. The girl's presence made me feel a long-lost purity, and a wave of warmth surged in my heart.
