Meishan Reservoir

Meishan Reservoir is located in Jinzhai County, surrounded by the Dabie Mountains. It was built in 1954 and is a large-scale water conservancy project designed and constructed by China. It not only carries multiple functions such as flood control, irrigation, and power generation, but also has its unique characteristics. It is famous for its continuous arch dam design; the reservoir dam consists of 15 stacks and 16 arches, with gravity dams on both sides. The total length is 443.5 meters, and the maximum dam height is 88.24 meters. It was called the world's tallest continuous arch dam at the time. The scenery of the scenic spot is beautiful, with mountains in the distance and clear lake water. Walking by the lake, the breeze blows on your face, the eagles soar, and you can feel the tranquility and beauty of nature. A car for two of us costs 40 yuan, tickets are 15 yuan per person, and parking fee is 10 yuan.
