#localfoodies I had the chance to try out Dayone Dayone Noodles and ordered their Taiwanese Sausage Chew-Chew Noodles, and it did not disappoint! The moment the dish arrived, the irresistible aroma of the sausage and noodles hit me – absolutely mouthwatering. The Taiwanese sausages were a highlight: juicy, slightly sweet, and delightfully chewy, topped with a sprinkle of sesame seeds for added texture. The noodles were perfectly springy and packed with flavor, complemented by a soft-boiled egg and a side of pickles that added a refreshing crunch. To top it off, the meal paired wonderfully with a cool iced lemon drink, balancing out the hearty flavors. The cozy, laid-back ambiance of the restaurant made the entire experience even more enjoyable – an ideal spot to relax and savor comforting food. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of their menu!
