|Challenge yourself to an all-you-can-eat oyster and sashimi buffet. I didn't expect to find such a cost-effective all-you-can-eat oyster buffet in Macau! I took a ferry from Hong Kong to Macau, and after disembarking at the Outer Harbor Ferry Terminal, I headed straight to the Jai Alai Hotel restaurant to challenge myself to an all-you-can-eat oyster buffet. My friend and I love seafood, and the seafood section here has king crab, mussels, shrimp, clams, and of course, the all-you-can-eat oysters we came for. The chef opens the oysters to order, and they are large, plump, and fresh. Every bite is satisfying. The Japanese sashimi section has a long line, with salmon, tuna, sea bream, herring, and more. The chef gives at least four slices of each type, filling the plate with sashimi. Japanese food lovers will be in heaven, eating until they can't move. The hot food section is also rich in variety, with roast beef, evenly distributed beef fat, and delicious-looking dishes. There is freshly roasted and sliced Peking duck, authentic Indian curry with homemade flatbread, freshly steamed Chinese dim sum, and various roasted meats cooked on-site. The dessert section is equally impressive, with all-you-can-eat ice cream, Nestle ice cream bars, strawberry mousse cake, opera cake, jelly, Malaysian Nyonya cake, Chinese osmanthus cake, sesame rolls, and more. As dessert lovers, we were delighted by the whole wooden bucket of tofu pudding and the self-serve chocolate fountain. Many children were happily eating and playing. After eating our fill, we took a stroll around the Fisherman's Wharf and along the waterfront, enjoying the scenery. It was a happy day of good food and fun.
