#timetotravel After the rain, I visited the royal monument of King Rama V, a heroic figure, at Saen Suk Lampam Beach in Phatthalung, Thailand. This impressive monument stands as a symbol of deep respect and admiration for this revered hero. The monument is set within a spacious area that has been dedicated to honoring this heroic figure. The statue itself, in pure black, commands a strong presence. In front of the statue, offerings and fresh flowers are carefully arranged, representing the utmost reverence. Situated right by the sea, the location adds an extra layer of sacredness to the monument. I paid my respects by making a traditional gesture of "wai," expressing my admiration and appreciation for this significant figure.
