Sanya family-friendly hotel, a must for moms

Traveling with young children can be exhausting, so I did a lot of research and compared many hotels. Now, I'm sharing my experience with you all. 🏖️ We stayed at the Sanya Yalong Bay Horizon Resort Hotel for 5 days because it has everything: accommodation, entertainment, activities, dining, and a beach. Most importantly, there are many trees for shade 🌲, so the kids won't get too much sun while playing in the sand. 🏠 Room type: I chose the Elegant Sea View Room in Area 2 (with a mini kitchen, just in case the kids didn't like the local food, but we didn't end up using it). The room was quite spacious, with a large bathtub 🛁, and the balcony had a direct sea view. The kids could spend a long time on the balcony enjoying the view while I was busy. The safety level was OK. 🥣 Dining: The hotel has many restaurants, and there is a buffet on the beach in the evening. There is a commercial street opposite the hotel with various chain restaurants and local seafood restaurants. There are plenty of options, and you can also pack some fruit to take back to the hotel. 🎡 Activities: 1⃣️ Beach: The hotel is directly connected to the beach 🏖️, and you can reach it through the shade of the trees. The kids were so excited to play in the sand, and the sea breeze kept it from getting too hot. 2⃣️ Tidal flats: In the evening, you can find a man with a red hat on the shore and make a reservation for a tidal flat tour, where you can catch crabs and more. 3⃣️ Swimming: 🏊‍♀️ There are 3 pools in total, 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor heated pool. One of the outdoor pools has a roof, making it feel like a cave. You can refer to the first picture. The kids call it the Water Curtain Cave, with a waterfall 🌊. You can also swim in the sea. There are also outdoor water activities for children, such as slides 🛝, which the kids love. Young children can walk in the water by themselves. 4⃣️ Zoo 🐒: There are many animals here, including deer, peacocks, ostriches, sheep, baby fish 🐟, ponies, and more. You can feed them. 5⃣️ Hotel activities: When you check in, you will receive a schedule of daily activities, such as bubble parties 🫧, magic shows, beach glow parties, catching loaches, and close encounters with ducklings. There are different programs every day and at different times, and they are updated frequently. 6⃣️ Beach facilities: There are climbing frames, swings, seesaws, trains, and more. 7⃣️ Indoor playground: There is a large indoor playground for children, which is free.
