Phra That Ing Hang, the Twin Stupa of Phra That Phanom

Paying homage to Phra That Ing Hang, many people might be familiar with it and may have already visited. Located about 8 kilometers north of Savannakhet city, Phra That Ing Hang is an ancient stupa highly revered by the Lao people. The top of the stupa is made of pure gold, weighing almost half a kilogram. It is also widely believed that Phra That Ing Hang is the twin stupa of Phra That Phanom in Thailand. In front of the stupa, there are flowers and bird sellers for merit-making.
