I chose the Shanghai Marriott Marquis City Centre for my birthday

I celebrated my birthday at the Shanghai Marriott Marquis City Centre last year. The birthday ceremony arranged by the restaurant was a pleasant surprise, so I chose it again this year. The restaurant specializes in Cantonese cuisine, and we came back for the second time because the food was delicious. The pan-fried cod with black pepper sauce is served individually, and the portion is generous. The tender cod is loved by both my child and me, with a slightly crispy skin and a great taste. The stir-fried yam and shrimp with truffle sauce was a first-time order, and it turned out that not only the shrimp was delicious, but the yam was also particularly tasty, with a slightly pan-fried surface. The shrimp is peeled, and the plate is clean. The chicken with black bean sauce and fresh abalone is a dish where I eat the abalone and Lulu eats the chicken. The black bean sauce is a flavor we both like, and it's worth recommending. We always order beef, and this time we had the stir-fried snowflake beef cubes with chicken mushrooms and black garlic. The snowflake beef cubes are just the right amount of fat and lean, with beef juice in every bite. This year, the restaurant prepared a birthday surprise for me with birthday noodles, a "Happy Birthday" carved from carrots, and a heart-shaped fried egg. The dessert was a cute birthday peach, and inside was mango pomelo sago. This birthday dinner was also very enjoyable, perfect!
