Balagezong is a must-see.

Here, you will find snow-capped mountains, canyons, temples, pagodas, and villages. The mountains are steep and rugged. From the Balagezong entrance at an altitude of 2,050 meters, it takes 40 minutes to drive up 99 hairpin turns to reach the 4,200-meter summit, where the mysterious "Shambhala Pagoda" is located. This 35-kilometer-long "heavenly road" with an altitude difference of more than 2,000 meters was built by Sna Dingzhu, who spent 10 years and CNY 40 million of his savings, selling all his family property to complete it! On the way up the mountain by shuttle bus, the tour guide told us this story, and many tourists were moved to tears (including me). Perhaps the story here is more touching than the sacred mountain itself...
