There is a large shopping mall downstairs, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. The environment and decoration style are very modern, and the front desk staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, and they speak Chinese fluently, which made me feel very welcome on my first visit to Singapore. The lobby is spacious and bright, and the elevator goes directly to the subway station. The service is very attentive, and the staff not only help with calling taxis, but also give directions very patiently. 🛌 The room experience is absolutely great! I stayed in a deluxe double room, which was a moderate size and didn't feel cramped. The bedding is of good quality, and the pillows are just the right firmness, making for a very comfortable sleep. The room is well-equipped with an iPod dock, tea/coffee making facilities, and a flat-screen satellite TV, and the private bathroom has a rain shower and toiletries. The room is very quiet, making it perfect for relaxation and rest, and there is daily cleaning service, keeping the room very clean. 🏊‍♂️ The hotel facilities are also very complete, with a beautiful swimming pool and gym that guests can use for free. The breakfast options are also very rich, and I especially recommend their club lounge, where you can see the beautiful cityscape of Singapore.
