Noon Coffee Taipei

#chinatrip I didn’t put noon in my itinerary because it wasn’t very convenient🤥 But in addition to my barista friends, the owner of Oasis also highly recommended me to go there💪🏻 So I had to change my route and come here to try before returning to Hong Kong🤔 Noon, which has been open for almost a year, has a very hidden sign at the entrance and there is no even a door number🧐 When you push the door open, you will find a quiet space🤫 Concrete walls and floors with dark wood tables and chairs🪑 The lanterns you see at first sight add a Japanese flavor🏮 After checking in at the bar, the waiter will arrange your seat🪑 The dining area is divided into four or five areas👀 I chose a sofa chair near the door and window🛋️ It’s also fine to take photos and check in and lie down to rest😍 Both baristas recommended trying the 1+1+1 here🫘 Just choose a kind of bean and make three different cups of coffee🤤 We hope to explore through the three aspects of pure drinking, popularization and innovation and reorganization😌 I chose Rumudamo Ethiopia washed beans🫢 The first cup of cold brew coffee has lemon, peach and earl gray flavors🍋🍑🥃 It’s really refreshing to have a cold brew when it’s so hot outside🥵 In the second cup, use the clarification method to separate the milk but still maintain the milky aroma🥛 The amber coffee in the goblet is as elegant as the cocktail🥰 The third cup uses molecular gastronomy to beat brown sugar into foam🫧 It has a very special taste of ginger ale🍹 #food #foodie
