The service is good and thoughtful, and the pattern and atmosphere of high-end atmosphere are exuded everywhere. The facilities in the room are very modern, and the restaurant is even more high-end. Lynn: A hidden gem! We stayed for 1 night and we were very pleasantly surprised! Greeted at check in with sparkling wine, complementary upgrade, and free drink tickets. The staff are very friendly and have good attention to detail. Curtis was very friendly and has great knowledge about W Hotels. Would stay here again!
