Slender West Lake is still stunning in December with fewer visitors! But if you don't have enough time, or it's too cold to take a boat, how can you save time and energy without missing the core attractions? 🏝️Route recommendation: 1. Enter from the South Gate - Changdi Chunliu (skip this if you stay at Yangzhou State Guesthouse) 2. Xu Garden (a small gate next to Quyuan Teahouse of Yangzhou State Guesthouse leads directly to the garden) 3. Xiaojin Hill (with the tree of "A Dream of Nanke") 4. Walk along a small long dike (lined with willows on both sides, a sea of green) 5. Diaoyutai (a beautiful framed view, where you can take photos of Wuting Bridge and Diaoyutai, and see many black swans and mandarin ducks) 6. Return to Yuban Bridge 7. Wuting Bridge (the most famous attraction, also known as Lotus Temple Bridge) 8. White Pagoda (visit Fahai Temple next to it if you have time) 9. Fuzhuang (you can see Fuzhuang, an island in the middle of the lake, from Wuting Bridge, visit it if you have time) 9. Xichun Terrace (consumption required to go upstairs) 10. Twenty-four Bridge (you can take photos of Qiling Pagoda of Daming Temple) - West Gate ❤This takes about 2 hours in total, and is not tiring at all.
