Qu Yuan's Hometown

Qu Yuan's Hometown Scenic Area, also known as Qu Yuan's Hometown Ecological and Cultural Tourism Scenic Area, is located in the new county seat of Zigui County, adjacent to the Three Gorges Dam and 600 meters away in a straight line. It covers an area of about 500 mu, and the beautiful scenery of the high gorge and flat lake is in full view. At the same time, 24 ground cultural relics in the gorge, represented by Qu Yuan Temple and Jiangdu Temple, were relocated here. In May 2006, it was announced by the State Council as the sixth batch of national key cultural relics protection units.
