Pantai Teluk Cempedak Kuantan is surrounded by lush green hills and rocky outcrops, providing a stunning backdrop to the beach. At its west end, a boardwalk leads to Teluk Tongkang, plenty of monkeys loitering along the boardwalk. There are also several hiking trails and lookout points in the area that offer panoramic views of the beach and its surroundings. Pantai Teluk Cempedak is a beautiful beach with the rocky promontories facing the South China Sea. It's located 5 kilometres east from the town centre in Kuantan, Pahang. A complete beach getaway that can get rather crowded on weekends as it is the most popular among locals and tourists. It's breezy to stroll along the pine trees which lined the coast and clean white sandy beach. Playing water on the beach, kite flying, picnic or camping, cycling are also the main activities here. The weather is super hot, so we ended up going to McDonald's for ice creams and some snacking! The exterior design was a little bit industrial and this McDonald's has a drive thru, specific ice cream counter, and extra seatings outside of the chain. Inside the McDonald's- it has lots of seatings, there's another connected buidling for dine-in, and upon entering the chain, you could see multiple self-ordering machine! Dreaming of having the sea breeze touching your skin while you're having sips of your coffee? Kopi Mesin Beserah, Kuantan, Pahang is the right choice to head over! The ranges of drinks came with smoothies, coffee, non coffee, and even mojito! The pasteries were absolutely delicious, especially my tiramisu cake and pavlova. I love that the cakes were not too sweet, which came to my taste and extra brownie point for that! We even take away a slice of indugence cake! Total was below RM 100 for 4 drinks and 5 cakes ♡ super affordable for the quality.
