Beijing Wildlife Park
This is easily the nicest animal facility I have seen in China. Truly, parts of it are comparable to what you would see in the west. Other parts, not so much. Some exhibits have plenty of room for the animals. This is a for profit place, so animals are expected to draw visitors in.
When you drive through the carnivore area, the bears, lions and tigers are all very nice. In the area where you can feed them raw meat, the animals surround the bus and are fed meat from metal sticks by visitors.
The grounds are clean, the toilets spotless and restaurants/snacks are not expensive.
It's a great place to go with the family.

BEIJING WILDLIFE PARK
Beijing Wildlife Park is located in Daxing District, about 50km north of Beijing city center. Of the three zoos in Beijing, only Beijing Wildlife Park offers the safari ride in a safari-park area of the park. The park has over 200 animal species with a total number of over 10,000 animals. Beijing Wildlife Park is home to more than 200 species of wild animals. When you come to the park, you can watch exciting animal performances such as bear acrobatics, monkey cycling, and lion loop-jumping. In the free-range area in the park, tourists can feed animals through the iron bars. The Beijing Wildlife Park also has a bird pavilion where you can see many beautiful birds such as flamingos and peacocks, as well as parrots capable of conversing with people.
It introduces three ways of visiting Beijing Wildlife Park – South Route Area, North Route Area and Middle Route Area. Most people would choose to walk from south and up to the north in a loop. And seldom visitors will choose th middle way. There are some sightseeing trolleys availble for those who are slow walkers.
For self-drive, you may drive from Yuquanying on to Jingkai Expressway and exit at the Exit of Yufa, then driver another 40,00 meters southward, you will get to Beijing Wildlife Park on your right hand ( east side of the road).

Visit Beijing Wildlife Park
Today, my uncle took us to Beijing Wildlife Park.
The wildlife park is very large, with a golden monkey house, ostrich park, gorilla house, wolf house, sika deer house, giraffe house, zebra house, horse house, peacock house, and more. We first went to the golden monkey house and saw that the golden monkeys had blue faces and were very agile. The mother monkey was looking for food for the baby monkeys, who were very naughty. We then went to the ostrich park, where the ostriches were eating. I broke off a piece of bread, and an ostrich ate it with relish. Then we went to the gorilla house and saw a gorilla eating a banana. It was very interesting to see it holding the banana with its claws. We also saw wolves, sika deer, ewes, giraffes, zebras, and more.
Then we took a bus to the animal release area and saw brown bears, wild boars, tigers, and lions. The brown bears were foraging, and some mother bears took their cubs to bathe, which was very heartwarming. The wild boars were playing, and the tigers and lions were resting. We also saw zebras and antelopes, and I took several photos. After driving for more than ten minutes, we returned to the original location.
Finally, we went to the waterfowl lake and saw many people playing with mallards. We also threw some bread, and the ducks swam over in a rush, which was very interesting.
Today's visit made me deeply feel the magic of nature and the beauty of life. The animals each have their own unique characteristics and habits, and they are well cared for and protected in the zoo. I hope people can care more about animals and protect nature so that these lovely creatures can survive in this world.

Autumn is the best time to visit Beijing Wildlife Park (Guide).
Beijing's most comfortable season is here. "The weather is just right, not cold or hot, and the length of day and night is also evenly divided. There is no yellow wind blowing from Mongolia in winter, and there is no heavy rain with hail in the summer. The sky is so high, so blue, so bright..." The beautiful scenery is like a painting, emerging in my mind. Mr. Lao She's "Autumn in Beiping" is described in detail and emotionally, which makes people feel moved by this warm picture.
After visiting Beijing Wildlife Park three times a year, I feel that autumn is the best time to visit Beijing Wildlife Park. At this time, the animals are not as lazy as in midsummer, and they are also active. The lively and active monkey cubs jump around and swing on the wires; the kangaroo babies hide in their mother's pockets and refuse to come out; the American leopard and black leopard "fight" for territory... The newly opened game area in the park is full of children's laughter.
Each visit to the park will bring new feelings and experiences to the children, and new stories are staged in their small world. The three visits to the park ended perfectly!

Best route for Beijing Wildlife Park.
📍Address: Beijing Wildlife Park, Daxing District, Beijing. It is recommended to drive there.
🚗Transportation: It is recommended to drive there as the park is far from public transportation.
👍️Must-see: It is recommended to go to the Beast Area early in the morning. The afternoon animal behavior show is also recommended.
🎟️Tickets: Adult tickets are about CNY 150. The park opens at 08:30. It is recommended to arrive before 08:00 and queue at the entrance for faster entry.
💗Other tips: We didn't queue for the train and went straight to the Beast Area. There was no queue in the Beast Area in the morning. We got on the sightseeing bus when it was time. The bus is very nice, with glass windows and air conditioning. It is very clean. Be sure to sit on the right side because the animals are fed on the right side. There is a round hole for feeding. We bought a bowl of meat for CNY 50, which is quite reasonable. The animals were very hungry in the morning and were in good spirits. The black bear would climb on the bus. It was very interesting. We used the bowl of meat to feed the black bear, tiger, and lion. The experience was very good. After visiting the Beast Area, we queued for the train for about an hour. It was okay. It is recommended to sit on the left side of the train because the main animals to watch are on the left side. The train took us around the park to see the animals again. It felt a bit like Chimelong. The only downside was that there was no large plain where animals could roam around. The animal activity areas were too small. After taking the train, if there are no elderly people or children, you can stroll around and see the animals. The walking area is not large, so it is okay to stroll around. You can also watch the animal behavior show according to the schedule. The whole trip is from 08:30 to 16:30. It is a very fulfilling trip. It is highly recommended for both adults and children.

National Day Travel Checklist Beijing Daxing Wildlife Park Babysitter-level Guide
During the summer vacation, I wrote an article about the crowded Beijing Wildlife Park, which set a new record
Although I saw a lot of animals, there were too many people, and the experience was indeed a bit lacking. The free small cage car also required a two-hour queue.
I have to say, this is Beijing! Everywhere is peak season and crowded
So, at the end of the Mid-Autumn Festival, I took the kids for another self-driving trip, and this time we had a blast
And this time, we still chose to drive ourselves, with kids and elders, it's more convenient!
This time we followed the sequence of Self-driving Area - Walking Area - Predator Area, which was also very good
💘✨Self-driving Area:
The self-driving area is a very interesting place, it's very large, and you can watch the animals up close according to your preference. Remember not to get out of the car casually.
You can see:
Zebra🦓
Swan🦢
Elephant🐘
White Tiger🐯
Peacock🦚
Red-crowned Crane
Elk (you can stop to feed them)
Yak🐮
Black Bear🐻
And many more, there are so many species, the kids were very happy to see them! We prepared some cabbage🥬 and carrots🥕 to feed them
Before we knew it, it was noon, so we went to the restaurant to eat something, and then parked the car in the parking lot🅿️, 20 yuan per time!
✨Predator Area:
The predator area requires taking a free cage car to get there. Outside of summer vacation, the queue is not long. You can buy some meat to feed the tigers and lions! It's very fun!
The kids had slightly nervous expressions and actions, so cute!
You can see Siberian Tigers🐅, Wolves🐺, Brown Bears, and other predatory animals. Watching them paw at the car wanting to eat is quite thrilling
✨Walking Area:
The animals in the walking area are gentler, like the cute little pandas! Lying on the racks!
Capybaras! First time seeing them! Also very cute!
A mother's heart was instantly melted
It was really a very happy day! Both adults and kids enjoyed the fun of watching the animals.

End of Summer Vacation—Beijing Wildlife Park
Arrived at the Beiye Parking Lot🅿️
Arriving early means plenty of parking spaces. You can park a bit further in to save a few steps.
We didn't rush to queue up. We had breakfast in the parking lot. There were private vendors selling vegetable buns and such, but we didn't buy any, so we're not sure about the prices.
Queued up to enter. There were quite a few early arrivals, and the long queue gave the impression that it would be a crowded day. Having experienced the crowded queues in Chengdu to see Huahua, this was nothing in comparison. So, everyone patiently queued up, and we got in quickly.
First, there's a security check🛂, then ticket checking at two separate entrances. The security check area has a slight crowd control, but there were no incidents, relying purely on the staff's watchful eyes👀.
Ticket checking was smooth. Just scan the QR code and enter one by one.

Took my wife to visit 'Beiye'
To fulfill her wish of seeing capybaras, I brought her to Beiye over the weekend. It coincided with the summer vacation, so it was a bit crowded.
🕣8:30-🕠17:30🚘 The parking lot is quite large, and it costs 20 yuan per car. 🍜 There's a restaurant right at the entrance, the food is decent, and the portions are quite large (ps: napkins cost 3 yuan per pack).
🦙 We went straight to the capybara swamp, where there are a few capybaras you can pet freely. Next to it is a magical journey where you can drive a small car inside and feed alpacas, small deer, squirrels, rabbits, and guinea pigs (a two-person car costs 100 yuan on regular days and 150 yuan on special days, you can play for 40 minutes, and you need to show your driver's license when buying tickets, 12123 is acceptable).
🦖 To the north, there are sea lions, dinosaurs, parrots, vultures, red pandas, bamboo rats, rhinos, elephants, and giraffes.
🏰 There's a blue town to the south, which is great for taking photos, and kids can play in the water. 🦍 Next to it is Monkey Island, which mainly features primates.
🐯 The predator experience area has a free shuttle bus that takes you through the predator zone, featuring bears, wolves, tigers, and leopards. The driver, who also acts as a guide, provides detailed explanations (our driver was very enthusiastic and humorous, making the 30-minute ride very enjoyable). The shuttle bus runs until 🕓16:00, and the queue inside is very long. There's an otter you can see (it's recommended to bring a fan or some cooling device in the summer, as the queue is very stuffy and hot).
🦌 To the south, there are hippos, squirrel kangaroos, raccoons, a deer park, ostriches, and tapirs (since we went late, most of the small animals were getting ready to leave, so we didn't see many).
Finally, there are still areas under development and upgrading (like gibbons) (ps: to get stamps, you need to buy Beiye's own stamp book).

Beijing Wildlife Park, so beautiful that no filter is needed for the photos! It's so much fun! Definitely worth a visit
May at Beijing Wildlife Park, so beautiful that no filter is needed for the photos!
I went to Beiyuan (North Park) on May 12th, arrived at around 10 am, and left after 5 pm. I covered 80% of the place without taking a separate sightseeing car, just walked on foot.
Just navigate directly to the main entrance, there will be traffic guidance, and the parking lot is huge! Try to go early.
Actually, Beiyuan doesn't need much of a strategy, there are just two areas, North Park and South Park, and they are not far from each other. You can start with either, just get a map at the entrance, and if you can't find your way, just ask the staff along the way (the staff are all very nice!). We first went to the beast area, queued up for an hour and a half at 11 am to get on, 11-3 pm is the peak time, but if you go late, the animals will be asleep after noon... So it's still recommended to go early. For the car ride, it's suggested to sit on the right side at the back row, as most animals are on the right side, and the last row has an extra view to look back. You can buy food to feed the animals when you pass by the shop while queuing.
After coming out of the beast area, we walked all the way to the little train, took a one-hour ride, and most of the photos I posted were taken on the little train, it's better to sit on the left side for a nicer view~
Finally, we visited the North Park, just strolled along the way, North Park is suitable for children, with capybaras, red pandas, reptiles, giraffes, elephants, etc., and you can interact and feed them. You can bring your own vegetables too, just hide them well in your bag to pass the security check, or buying on-site is not expensive, 20-30 yuan per portion.
Lastly, about taking photos, it's a pity that I didn't have a photo taken interacting with the animals because one reason is that there were too many people, and the other is that basically, the animals you can take photos with are just capybaras, deer, red pandas, and others can only be photographed while feeding them, which is at a very limited distance. There were also people who, despite the staff's advice, insisted on opening the fence to take photos with the small animals, which I find very objectionable. I personally think that we should not disturb many animals, it's enough to have interaction within an appropriate range~

Beijing Weekend Trip to the Wildlife Park: A great place to get close to animals in spring
Compared to the Xizhimen Zoo, this place is much more lively, away from the crowded crowds, the air is also much fresher, and it's highly recommended for a self-driving tour as you can get very close to the animals and stop to take pictures anytime. Besides, the flowers, grass, trees, and birds can all be great backgrounds for photography.
I especially love the alpaca toy bought in the park, it's as cute as the real thing, and I carry it everywhere I go.

Beijing Daxing Wildlife Park Travel Guide
🏃 Arrive at the gate before the park opens at 8:30 am, so you need to get up early to avoid the hassle of waiting in line. If you don't strive to be in the first wave of visitors, your enthusiasm might be drained by the queues for the beast area and the mini-train, wasting time and energy.
🔔*Once inside, you must race against time and run to the right🏃!
That's where you buy tickets for the tour shuttle. It's only 30 yuan on weekdays and 50 yuan on holidays, which is a super deal! After purchasing, you will receive a wristband💫, which serves as your ticket for the ride. With it, you can get on and off at any station throughout the day, enjoying unlimited access to the entire zoo.
Beast Area Cage Bus🚌
Once on board, you will embark on an approximately 50-60 minute full journey by vehicle. It is highly recommended to buy some meat to feed the beasts (50 yuan per cup). The animals are especially active in the morning and are willing to enjoy the treat, making the experience of feeding them even more thrilling! Especially at the first stop with the bears, they will excitedly cling to the vehicle chasing after the meat, which is very entertaining.!
Mini Train Tour Area🚂
The mini train journey takes about an hour, with staff providing lively commentary throughout. The scenery along the way is breathtakingly beautiful, as if you are immersed in the animated world of Hayao Miyazaki, with every inch of the landscape filled with healing power.
In the peacock and giraffe🦒 areas, their elegance and strength will surely amaze you. And the Swan Lake🦢 at the exit is a sight to behold, where the swans are as graceful as fairies, and there are many other adorable animals worth exploring~!

Parent-Child Spring Outing Diary | The Complete Guide to Visiting Daxing Wildlife Park
The Complete Guide to Visiting Daxing Wildlife Park.📅 April is the perfect season for spring outings. Crowded? Don't worry, I have some tips!
🐾 Visiting Experience
I take my kids to Daxing Wildlife Park every spring, and they always look forward to it. However, the throngs of people during the Qingming holiday can be daunting. But with years of experience, I've discovered some tricks that significantly enhance our visit‼️
🎁 Tips Sharing
1. Fast track for the beast area: Stop waiting in line like everyone else! Leave dad to queue and mom can get a temporary pass, take the kids to feed the lambs, see other small animals, and come back in two hours to use the fast track to find dad, saving time and effort!
2. Electric cars: Don't miss out on this to save money! A 30 yuan (50 yuan on weekends) electric car wristband covers almost all attractions, making your visit a breeze!
3. Train and beast area seating choice: Sit on the left side of the train, and on the right side in the beast area for more animals and a better experience!
4. Bring your own food: The park's restaurants are expensive and not tasty, just bring some snacks and fruits. Remember to bring more water!
5. Bring your own feed: The security check at the entrance is not strict, wrap carrot sticks and cabbage stalks in napkins, and you can easily bring them in✌🏻
🌟 Recommended Attractions
🖤Beast Experience Area: Buy a cup of meat for 50 yuan, about seven or eight pieces, most of which are fed to 🐻, who will climb on the car for 🥩, and the remaining two or three pieces can be given to the white tiger or African brother, cheetahs don't eat this at all!
🧡Red Panda Pavilion: Feel the soft and cute red pandas up close, you can pet them a lot! There is food for sale in the pavilion to feed the red pandas, and they will hug your legs when you feed them, which is super cute!
💛African Exhibition Area: Here you can feed elephants 🐘 and giraffes 🦒, buy melons 🍈 for 30 yuan for the elephants, and branches 🌿 for 20 yuan for the giraffes, and you can touch their hard trunks
💚Pet Kindergarten: There are baby tigers and baby chimpanzees that will be brought outside for performances, super cute, and the park also has slides and sun bears
💙Little Train: It is recommended to go in the afternoon before closing, sit on the left side, there are more types of animals, but the viewing distance is farther, and the stay time is shorter, it lacks the direct thrill of the beast area, to truly experience it, you should choose self-driving in the park!
💜Interactive Experience Area: Here you can feed lambs 🐏 and alpacas 🦙 up close, they will rush over to eat the vegetables you take out, it's recommended to feed them in the morning, they never stop stuffing their mouths 🤣 they probably won't eat in the afternoon!

A great place to take kids out in winter | You must visit Beijing Wildlife Park
Kids have a blast here
Close contact with various animals!
And winter is the off-season, no queues, weekends plus winter vacation are not too crowded, the experience is excellent
Tour route:
Self-driving (9:00) - Reptile Pavilion to see capybaras (10:30) - Red Panda Pavilion (11:00) - Lunch - Parrot Pavilion - Beast Area - Hornbill Coffee
The animals are all chubby and lazy, making people feel that the animals have not suffered, making you feel guilt-free
The design of the Beast Area is also great, the drivers are very humorous, explaining while telling a lot of jokes to mobilize the atmosphere, the atmosphere is super good, there is a children's playground at the exit, and a huge slide, the surrounding blue houses have a Santorini island feel when taking pictures.
💙Self-driving ticket price is 200 per car, and the entrance fee is 150 yuan/person.
💛The price for meals in the park is about 40-70 yuan per serving

Meet your animal friends—Beijing Wildlife Park
If you like open natural environments and a rich animal world, then come to Beijing Wildlife Park, it is definitely your indispensable choice
🌟Highlights: As one of the places for walking the baby, the zoo is really very big, and you may not be able to finish it in one day. Walking around, following the signs, you can meet your favorite animal friends Gentle elephants, giraffes, beautiful flamingos, peacocks, fierce animals lions, tigers, leopards, white lions, lively monkeys, parrots, leisurely kangaroos, cute deer and so on, common and uncommon animals are a feast for the eyes.
👍Most recommended:
For those who like to enjoy time independently and quietly, I recommend the self-driving route. The open outdoor partition design allows all vehicles to move forward in an orderly manner along a route, so you can see many small animals in a short time, and it can also enhance the feelings between parents and children, family, and friends.
The red panda is arguably the most popular little elf here. There are always long queues outside the venue, and visitors are reluctant to leave. The red panda leisurely eats its favorite apples, and its cute appearance can make people forget their fatigue.
If you want to go to the beast area, you need to queue up half an hour in advance. It's really too popular. You need to have enough patience.
📍Detailed address:
Inside the 10,000-acre forest in Yufa Town, Daxing District, Beijing
🧳Preparation before departure:
Bring some food and water to satisfy your hunger, bring a mask or scarf to prevent wind and dust, and some animal areas may have some smell, be mentally prepared haha.
There will definitely be a lot of people during the Golden Week and holidays, please arrange your time properly.
📝Note tips:
Please don't bring your own things to feed the small animals, and if the park doesn't allow feeding, please control yourself not to feed them at will, don't litter, love animals, protect the environment, it's our responsibility to live in harmony with nature and animals

Beijing Safari Park, the children are happy to open their eyes
weekends not home, refused to waste a good spring. Take the safari tour with a donkey.
Beijing Daxing Wildlife Park is located in the town of Daxing District, and you can also go straight from Beijing in the morning. But from the hotel to the zoo, 15 minutes. The spring zoo is beautiful, the grass is green, and the flowers are blooming. The weather is not hot, so there is no smell. I saw two little pandas sleeping on a huge flower tree. How to say it, I envy it anyway.
The animals are very many, domestic, wild, mammals, reptiles... Anyway, I am also very embarrassed. In addition to watching animals, some children's facilities in the park are also unexpectedly good. For example, the kangaroo area can be directly stepped in, and some areas overlook the heights. After the end, the children can slide directly down, and there is a huge free children's sand pool, and Swan, pony and lamb can be in close contact. I want to come up with a large enough area, so I can be so capricious.
