Hongcun
Hongcun is a traditional Chinese village located in Hongcun Town, Yixian County, Anhui Province, at the southwestern foot of Huangshan Mountain.
Hongcun is a "cow-shaped village" that looks like a cow lying on the mountain in front of the stream. Leigang is the cow's head, the ancient trees are the horns, the houses are the body, the water channels are the intestines, the Moon Pond is the stomach, the South Lake is the belly, and the four bridges over the river are the legs.
Hongcun is surrounded by mountains on three sides, with a layout that is basically north-south, and is located in the center of the mountains and rivers.
The ancient buildings in Hongcun are in the Hui style, with white walls and black tiles, and eaves that fly up. The location, layout, and architectural form of the village emphasize the ideal state of harmony between man and nature, respecting and utilizing nature, making the overall outline of Hongcun village harmonious and unified with the natural scenery of the terrain, landform, mountains, and rivers.

Hongcun has more than 140 well-preserved Ming and Qing dynasty houses, with main attractions including the Moon Pond, South Lake, South Lake Academy, Chengzhi Hall, Hongcun Water Channel, ancient trees, Shuren Hall, Ming dynasty ancestral hall, and Lexu Hall.

Bamboo, wood, and stone carvings are a traditional local art, with three types of traditional Hui-style carvings: wood, stone, and brick.
Tea: Hui tea is the abbreviation of Huizhou tea. Hui tea is a traditional tea series formed on the basis of Huizhou's unique natural geographical environment, with representatives including Huangshan Maofeng, Taiping Houkui, Keemun black tea, Tunxi green tea, Xiuning Songluo, Dinggu Dafang, and Jinshan Shiyu.
