InterContinental Xi'an Hi-Tech Zone💕 is the best choice for non-tourists I have been to Xi'an many times, so I am not very interested in the attractions in Xi'an. I planned to choose a relatively new place at the beginning, so I was torn between JW Marriott Hotel Xi'an and InterContinental Xi'an Hi-Tech Zone. However, I booked the hotel temporarily when I arrived at Xi'an Railway Station that day, so the panoramic room I wanted to stay in at JW Marriott Hotel Xi'an was already booked, so I chose InterContinental Xi'an Hi-Tech Zone. In fact, there are still some small details that are not satisfactory, but they were finally resolved well. The suite this time is also relatively good, with a large space, which can completely separate the area for eating takeout and sleeping, and there is a floor-to-ceiling bathtub. The suite is also equipped with a Dyson hair dryer.

This hotel is located in the high-tech zone of Xi'an, but it still feels quite convenient to visit various attractions. The design incorporates local styles but is simple and stylish, making it perfect for photos. The breakfast includes local specialties such as roujiamo, various noodles, and hot and sour soup. Since it's not in the core tourist area, the prices are reasonable all year round, making it worth recommending to everyone.

The hotel lobby is designed with understated luxury, especially the lobby bar, surrounded by water, giving people the feeling of being in the south of the Yangtze River, comfortable. The bed in the room is very comfortable, the sofa is super big, especially suitable for families to stay, no extra bed is needed. Oh, there is one more thing, the hotel has a live band at night, you can experience it in the restaurant or lobby bar at night, cozy! In general, staying in this hotel is really perfect, the photos are very good, the food is delicious, the facilities are very professional and complete, and the staff are very enthusiastic~ I will come again next time!

InterContinental Xi'an High-tech Zone | A touch of green in Chang'an || In Xi'an, you can feel the city's rich history: sunlight filtering through towering trees, ancient buildings standing quietly amidst the hustle and bustle. Xi'an is also incredibly friendly. Under the city walls, old men play ping pong, and in the distance, in ordinary streets and lanes, people are buying groceries, riding bikes, and sunbathing. After wandering around, I returned to the hotel. This InterContinental feels very much in tune with the character of Xi'an: it has a dignified spirit and a friendly feel. ◾️Layout The layout of this hotel handles the scale relationship between people and space very well. It divides the large, open space into several relatively small "blocks", each of which is independent but interconnected, making it feel comfortable and relaxed. (But the lights are too bright at night, it would be more relaxing if they were a bit dimmer.) ◾️Design language I've always felt that CCD's designs are neither good nor bad, they're exquisite and correct but lack soul. But I really like the design of this hotel, it's like a high-end custom dress, simple and neat, restrained but exquisitely crafted, you can see the thought and effort that went into it. ◾️Texture The black, white, and gray base tones are classic enough, with copper-colored metal accents, especially the green lacquered partition doors interspersed throughout, creating a memorable look. Smooth and rough textures complement each other. The shape and fabric of the soft furnishings exude a sense of quality, they're very full and dense. ◾️Service I stayed at two InterContinental hotels in Xi'an, and the service at the High-tech Zone was better. Whether I was drinking tea, eating breakfast, or waiting for the elevator, I could feel the sincerity of the hotel staff. ◾️Shortcomings The lobby design is wonderful, but the guest rooms are quite standard, lacking highlights. The guest rooms on the south side are too close to the opposite office building, lacking a view and a bit of privacy, so you need to lower the Roman blinds.
