Kayangan Lake, dubbed as the cleanest lake in Asia. Going there was a bit hard, you will hike for about 15 minutes before you got to see the beautiful Kayangan Lake. A 207 steps up and 174 down more or less has to be taken in order to reach the lake. First time in Coron and kayangan is just unbelievably breathtaking. Come and visit Coron.

Kayangan Lake is one of the clearest lake in Asia. It’s beauty is beyond compare. Halfway before the Lake as you climb through the hill, there is a perfect spot take take a picture overlooking the berth, and a small cave. As you progress going down the lake, you will slowly be mesmerized by it’s pristine clear water. There is a ledge for the tourists to walk around to get a perfect view pf the lake before dipping. When you are inside of the lake, the water is amazing, perfect temperature, and perfect combination of fresh water and seawater. Highly recommended to be added on your tours. #mynovgetaway

If you crave crystal clear waters and stunning beaches look no further than Coron. The cluster of islands located in Palawan has recently been put on every traveler's bucket list and for good reason. You won't find prettier sunsets or more Instagram worthy beaches than here. We visited Kanyagan Lake with a boattour. You start at the other side of the mountain with a dock, there are lots of other tourist boats here and a few shops where you can buy snacks and even freshly cut coconuts. There’s also a toilet available. After climbing the steps up the mountain you go down towards the lake, this only takes about 7 minutes. Here, you can jump from the dock into the cleanest lake in The Philippines. The native people that inhabit Coron Island even believe it is sacred. When swimming it is mandatory to wear a life vest, if you bring your snorkelling gear you can see the impressive rock formations in the water.
