Long holes, delicious white fish, fish tempura is especially good
I saw this restaurant in Japan a long time ago, but due to a rush to fly, I didn’t make it. Then it opened to Hong Kong, but there were always long queues, so I often didn't have the chance to go. Today is a holiday, I passed by at around 4pm, rarely saw it without queuing, so I came in to try it😊.

We first ordered a bowl of Edo-mae tempura, the signature tempura is super long, around 25-35cm. The appearance is attractive, the hole is very thick, crispy on the surface, soft and smooth on the inside. In addition to the hole, other ingredients include, 🦐 shrimp, small column squid tempura cake, spring eggs, seaweed and peas.

Their ingredients are all used very superiorly, the squid tempura is very bouncy, the shrimp is fresh and fresh, and the seaweed is so crispy that you can't help but add two more pieces. 🍽
~~~
In addition to Edo-maetendon, the upper-tendon is also very good. The white-bodied fish is very tender and makes people fall in love with it. 🐟
~~~
Another thing worth mentioning is their sauce, which is very sweet and goes well with rice. The restaurant menu suggests that the fried half-cooked egg can be popped after the rice is half eaten, which is indeed quite a good suggestion, so that the egg liquid can wrap around the grains of rice, which will be moister and layered, leaving an egg flavor on the cheeks. 🥚 The overall feeling is worth encore.
