As we ascended the mountain path, surrounded by lush trees and blooming wildflowers, we felt the charm of nature. After about an hour of climbing, we finally reached the summit, overlooking the beautiful scenery of Nara city, filled with a sense of accomplishment. As the sun set, the view from the top was even more mesmerizing. We took photos to commemorate this wonderful journey. Day 2: We chose to return to Osaka from Nara to continue exploring the charm of Osaka. After breakfast, we went to Tenpozan in Osaka, first visiting the famous Tenpozan Ferris Wheel. This Ferris wheel stands at 112.5 meters high, offering a panoramic view of Osaka Bay, which was breathtaking. As the Ferris wheel slowly ascended, the scenery gradually unfolded before our eyes, with the sea shimmering in the sunlight, like a vivid painting. After getting off the Ferris wheel, we continued to explore Tenpozan Market, tasting fresh seafood and various delicacies, which were mouth-watering. In the afternoon, we went to Namba Park, leisurely strolling in this modern park and enjoying the surrounding scenery. The park also had many art installations, providing us with a lot of inspiration. When you think of Nara, Nara Park comes to mind, but there are so many people there that it would be hard to take pretty pictures. So I went to Wakakusa-san, which is located further in! Yesterday, I visited Nara Wakakusa Mountain. The maple trees have started shedding their leaves, and the thick layer of leaves covered the hiking trail. If you want to enjoy the fallen leaves, this is the place to be. There were hardly any tourists, making it perfect for portrait photography, as it felt like having the place to yourself. The entrance fee is 150 yen. You can choose to hike up from the South Gate, which is a beautiful trail. When the wind blows, the falling maple leaves create a stunning scene, allowing you to take photos without any interruptions. The wind is strong at the summit, so wear extra layers. You can enjoy a panoramic view of Nara City. Instead of retracing your steps, you can descend from the North Gate. Although this path is barren and lacks scenery, it leads directly to Mizutani Teahouse, which is also at its most beautiful now. I will post more about Mizutani Teahouse later.

On the way, I passed Todaiji Temple and Kashiwa Garden. The other road is down the mountain along the highway, passing the Nara National Museum. It is recommended to take the first road, and Nara at night seems to return to the ancient Heijo-kyo.
