It is a four stars hotel with luxurious facilities but at affordable price. Room and bed are spacious with complete amenities. The staffs are friendly; check-in and check-out process were smooth and quick. Felt like staying at the new home! The most important thing was Novotel practices the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for corona virus prevention (Covid-19), not only for guests but also for all staff. This hotel has the 5 star segment that a guest could wish for. Dont ask me about the room, it is great for sure. The room is absolutely spotlessly clean and meticulously designed with plenty of space. Amazing facilities in the room that I stayed and the environment here was exquisite which made my day. I never actually tried the restaurant other than breakfast but what i did have was good. All staff were super friendly but also very professional. The service is impeccable. During my stay i mostly assisted by Tamara. Thanks to her who always accommodating and helpfull with good advices. I stayed at Novotel, which is about a 5-minute walk from Cikini Station in Jakarta. Although it's a four-star hotel, it was reasonably priced at under 10,000 yen per night. The bed and bathroom were clean, and I had a comfortable stay. I booked a room with a city view, so I could enjoy the night view of Jakarta. Breakfast included dishes from various Asian countries, served in a buffet style. The main dishes were Chinese, Indonesian, and Korean cuisine. Although many of the dishes were a bit spicy, they were delicious. Another great point was that check-out was until 1 PM.
