#100WaysOfTravel It was one of my dream for a long time! And when in was foggy and rainy for 3 days in the row, I was so disappointed, but finally rain stopped Breathtaking. Absolutely breathtaking. I would wait until maybe the second or third day to have a better idea of what you’re looking at, but it almost doesn’t matter because Christ the Redeemer steals the show. It’s the most beautiful view ever! I did the shortest tour possible to save money. I think it was just supposed to be a few minutes. It seemed like much longer than that!!! It’s a MUST DO! Price is 196$ per adult 20 minutes ride Priceless memories!

Recently, I visited the magnificent Parque Lage in Rio de Janeiro, and it was an unforgettable experience. This beautiful garden features a grand 19th-century Italian palace surrounded by breathtaking scenery. I enjoyed wandering through the tree-shaded corridors, admiring the small lakes, fountains, and art sculptures. It felt like being in a true paradise far from the city's noise. I had a wonderful time there and took many beautiful photos of this amazing place.

Visiting the statue of Christ the Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro was a spiritual and enchanting experience. When I reached the summit of Corcovado Mountain, I found myself humbly standing in front of the majestic statue that grandly crowns the city at its peak. The view from the top was captivating. There, she enjoyed the open views of Rio de Janeiro and its surrounding areas. I felt happy. Going out and traveling always improves our overall mood. And I stood beside the statue that symbolizes faith and tolerance. I took souvenir photos and meditated on the beauty of the architectural and engineering art of this magnificent statue. Visiting the statue of Christ the Redeemer was an unforgettable experience because it left me with contemplation and inspiration in front of the beauty of this world and faith. 🙏

The top two beaches to visit while in Rio is definitely the Copacabana Beach and Ipanema Beach. Ipanema beach has a more lively vibes and is the best beach for workout, jogging, hiking and all other sorts of sports activities. You can hike up to the top of the cliff to have a bird’s eye view of the whole stretch of the beach. Travelled to Rio de Janerio and it is one of the most beautiful cities that I’ve ever visited in my life. I cannot name another city where there is the beaches, the sea, and the mountains coexisting in the same time. Simply just stunning. I spent days just lazing by the beach and at the JW Marriott Rio De Janerio where I relaxed and had a local alcoholic beverage - Caipirinha. Nature really does wonders to the human body and the slow pace of life certainly help me recharge my weary soul. Now that the trip is over I really miss Copacabana beach and the sun. Copacabana Palace is a classic hotel from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. 🇧🇷 It’s the most famous hotel in the entire country. As an Architectural Engineer l find this place pretty peculiar. Wonderful combination of heavy concrete structures and light metal tent constructions on the top of the hill! At this point of Morro da Urca you can take a ride to the top of the sugarloaf, set for a view or make a hike down through the woods to the wonderful city of Rio! 🤗❤

One of the hidden gems of Rio de Janeiro is Aquário in Praque Lage. Ancient building revived as a cafe in the middle of a 'jungle'. Many amazing trails with hidden gems around it! There is also a hiking path to the monument of Christ the Redeemer! Absolutely stunning!

Afternoon trip to the best place for seeing Rio! We decided to save some money on this, so we took the walking trail at the Morro da Urca (probably mistaken the name). The hill is steep! And we surely are not the sports people. At the end we were greeted by the amazing and relaxing view (even tho the weather was pretty bad at that time). We finished this trip with the churros by the beach.
