A sentimental accommodation with a view of Seoraksan Mountain and a luxurious furniture editing shop feel 🛋️🪑💡
#Emotional Accommodation
Hadomun Stay, which has two rooms in Jungdomun and Sangdomun and is operated like a cafe, is a cafe already famous for its square courtyard with planterium, and it was a place that was rumored because it added a stay! I stayed in Jungdomun on the 2nd floor, and the living room was full of luxurious furniture to the point that it felt like I had entered a Seongsu furniture editing shop for a moment, so it was a really good time to experience and feel it even for a day :) The bedroom is equipped with Duxiana and Simmons, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed, and before going to bed, I enjoyed an open-air bath in a really luxurious 24-hour jacuzzi. It was a great success to stay and spend time differently at Sokcho Emotional Accommodation 💙

Sunrise With Love in South Korea 🇰🇷
#couplestrip #awesomepic Sokcho Beach is one on the prettiest sunrise spots. I don't have to describe much and let the photos speak for themselves. It's only 3 hours drive from Seoul and I can guarantee you will never regret this in your entire life. You can also enjoy fresh seafoods around the beach. I have fulfilled my life bucket list, and now this is your time!
These picture are 100% no filter. I read somewhere that South Korea has multiple spots for first sunrise that people crowd during new year so I booked a flight ticket this year autumn just to see if they are true.

Seoraksan Small Falls
Biseondae Rock is a large rock located in the Cheonbuldong Valley of Seoraksan Mountain. The rock blended with a giant surrounding rocky wall creates a mysterious atmosphere. When it rains, water flows down through the rock and forms a small waterfall. The stream of water winding around the rock is considered the magnificent view, which is
similar to that of the Manpokdong Valley in Geumgangsan Mountain.

It is the centerpiece of the 40 km2-wide Seoraksan National Park and the dividing point between Naeseorak and Oeseorak areas: areas to the west of Daecheongbong Peak toward Inje are considered Naeseorak, while the areas to the east, toward Sokcho and Goseong, are considered as latter. It is also the origin of most of Seoraksan Mountain’s famous valleys

Lunch under the Fall Foliage
#fallingforfall
There are a few Korean restaurants and cafes around Seoraksan National Park. As we are at Seoraksan till 3pm, we decided to have our lunch outdoors under the colourful fall foliage.
Lunch for me was the Banquet noodles (Janchi-guksu), which is a simple warm and savory noodle soup. Simply a perfect meal for me during the cold weather in autumn. It's called Banquet/Festival noodles as the wheat noodles soup is usually served during celebration occasions such as weddings & birthday celebrations (60th years old).
We had also ordered a bibimbap, which is a Korean mixed rice dish with vegetables. Some banchan (vegetables side dishes) were also given with our lunch meals.

Sokcho, Korea is a coastal town located in Northeast Korea in the Gangwon province. Because it borders Seorak Mountain and the sea, Sokcho is a super popular destination for tourists, especially in the summer. Only a 2.5 hour bus ride from Seoul makes this a great weekend getaway for us. We spent Scott’s Birthday weekend in Sokcho, and here’s what we did!

A hike to admire the fall foliage in the ⛰
We took cable car and try the 2.4km hike and the view is so fantastic.
Seoraksan National Park has always been a place to admire the fall foliage in the trees on the mountain. I have never seem so many shades of 🍂 colours before. There are many peaks that can be seen and different hiking trails (from easy to challenging) to suit your style.
I love how close we are to the mountain and the fresh pure mountain air here.
There are some small lakes and streams along the hike. So do take your time to go slow and enjoy the nature.
If you are not sure how to get here, there is some travel agent running day tour to this mountain too.

Day trip to Seoraksan National Park
#fallingforfall
One of the most popular & famous fall foliage locations, Seoraksan Mountain is located at the eastern side of Seoul / South Korea near Sokcho. It's quite a long journey of around 3.5hours from Seoul and the fall foliage had yet to reach the peak when I was there.
Even so, the fall foliage was still stunning and beautiful at certain parts of the national park. There's quite a lot of people to view the fall foliage even though it's a weekday. We walked quite a lot around the national park but due to the lack of time, we are only able to cover a small part. I would recommend to come around 20+ October ( a few more days time) to see the full peak season as it will definitely be more beautiful.
