Sevan Monastery, for local people also known as Sevanavank is located on a peninsula of Sevan lake! 🌊The construction of the monastery was completed at the 9th century, consisting of two churches very similar to each other. ⛪️ The lake and the monastery are located on 2 hours-drive away distance from the capital city of Armenia, Yerevan! Ningxia!

In northern China lies the autonomous region of Ningxia which mostly characterised by sweeping sand dunes that go on for miles! I’ve been twice (January and June). In January, most of the desert and fresh water is completely frozen over which is quite surreal for a desert. 4X4 cars were able to drive over the oasis because it was so solidly frozen. In the summer, it can become quite warm but still comfortable enough to camp overnight. There are camel rides available although we chose to hike. #bali I wanted to stop by here many times, and finally, here I was. It was suitable for stress release, away from triedness of city and the crowd of Canggu. The design was beautiful with the green rice field view, a simple minimalist design touch mixed with nature. The coffee was worth it with the price which was under the average, especially the used @goldmine.coffee products that were never wrong about the taste. Unfortunately, I didn't really like their food personally. Because my expectation was high with this cafe. But it was all fine. Their service was good. This botanic garden is amazing and unique. You can find lots of beautiful cacti, plants & wildlife. This place is absolutely stunning. There are many art pieces beside the plants. Into the desert we go 🌵🐫

Flying to Dunhuang and visiting the Cresent Spring and Echo Sand Mountains. What a day! The weather was perfect , there were so many activities to do but our time was limited. The main activity was riding a Camel for an hour, which was so cool . Climbing a sand dune, which was tough but luckily for us you could choose between walking up on your own or using some sort of climbing stair. When you get half way down the dune, you can either walk , run or slide down. We ended off with enjoying a VR hot air balloon. What a great experience! The desert was definitely one of the best activities of our trip. #passionpassport #deserts #dunes #camelride

Hidden gem in Jordan

A fun opportunity to explore the desert in Jordan. You get into a back of the car and explore the desert with a guide. Later on, you will have a picnic with your guide and you will be given a bag full of food as shown in one of my pictures. You will have the opportunity to take a picture with camels that are wondering around. The car will stop from time to time so you can explore on your own. We also climbed a mountain of sand. It was very difficult, but the view was insanely gorgeous. After we got down, we went to the campsite in which you have your own little room with as many beds as needed. In the morning, you can watch the sunrise on the cliff and get breakfast at the main house. There are also bathrooms available. #deserts #jordan #wadirum

went here numerous time already. they have variety cookies flavours and 2 type of cookies which are soft cookies and crunchy one. it’s not just a cookies it’s a fancy cookies!! you can add on toppings and you can also order drinks from this place. it is very suitable of you wants to take photos as the set up of the shop is very instagramable. the price of the cookies varies depends on what cookies you want. my favourite for their soft cookies would be the pink salt cookies. As for the crunchy cookies it would be their signature chocolate chip cookies and oreo cookies. the chocolate chips are a lot in the cookies and it is not that sweet. the staff are very helpful too. you should definitely try this cookies #cookie #deserts #sweets #malls #foodie

Dunhuang- desert camping

Getting There - take the bullet train to Dunhuang station. From there it is easy to organise a didi to your hotel, the desert or the night market. Attractions - many people visit here to see the crescent moon lake, we found this to be touristy and overcrowded. We decided to do a ‘deep desert’ tour which provided tents, camel rides, food and entertainment for an evening- slightly away from the crowds. The night market is a must visit due to the range of food and drink available Hotels - we camped one night and stayed at the Silk Road dunhuang hotel. it is quite expensive but the breakfast options included are good and it’s a lovely experience after camping in the desert. Food & Restaurants - the night market has a great selection of food and drinks. #deserts

Located at Glory Mall on the -1 floor you will find this amazing place. Just 138¥ per person for a buffet dinner, only catch is you have to book tickets online as this place is quite popular and could be full. 😊 The Resturant inside is absolutely stunning, with lots to choose from, they have sushi, various meat/fish options and vegetables that you can barbeque yourself, they even offer desert and fruit with yummy drink choices. We went for dinner at Barbacoa at The Sanya Edition and everything was beyond perfect! The atmosphere is amazing, live music, sand, trees, “bali lights”, lots of food and attentive staff! We were pleased to be served by Vic and she made our experience even better! We had the lobster set, prepared by balinese Chef Madi, and I definitely recommend it!
