good quality
This is a very good cafe for a place like Johor baru. I thought they would only have kopitam types of coffee but here coffee is crafted delicately and the beans selected are all of a very high quality offering various taste tones suited to one's preference.
Seating is limited both inside and outside. Coffee beans available for purchase. No food options. A place made to specifically sooth your caffeine cravings.

lovely views
The view's pretty sweet, with those hills in the backdrop. A great place to chill after taking the tracks. The service is friendly, and the decoration's got a bit of quirky fun style to it. So, if you're after a laid-back spot to grab a cuppa and take in the views, this cafe's worth a visit, no doubt.
Staff are friendly, coffee and sweet treats are fantastic, and the savories and cold drinks are excellent. Quaint little indoor dining area, airy and welcoming outdoor dining, and the views are spectacular.

nice cafe
For starters my partner and I really enjoyed our meals. I had the breakfast tacos and my partner had the eggs bene, I think the hollandaise is a burnt butter hollandaise. My coffee was lovely and my partners eggs were so perfect! Now the reasons why there is a scope for improvement. Do you guys have any access for wheelchairs or disabilities?
I only saw stairs up or cobble stones to get through for the downstairs tables. I love the vibe you set, but no one wants to listen to Fred Again at 10am on a Sunday morning while we’re trying to have a nice breakfast in cute pottery cups.

lovely spot
The cafe has an incredible vibe that makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The menu is delicious, offering a variety of dishes that cater to all tastes. What sets this place apart is the friendly staff, who go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience.
Their warm hospitality makes every visit enjoyable and memorable. Whether you're stopping by for a quick coffee or a leisurely meal, catlins cafe is the perfect spot. Highly recommended!

beautiful cafe
The menu here is so creative and everything is presented so beautifully! The staff were friendly and the interior is stylish. I especially love the industrial vibe of the bakery area.
Really cool to see the behind the scenes stuff. There is plenty of seating but the cafe is very popular so it can still be difficult to get a seat, especially on weekends.

excellent
The environment there is just so great, relaxing atmosphere and surrounded by lots of plants. All the food there are at a fair price while serving high quality of food.
I have ordered a apple crumple pie, a lemon tart and a pistachio and cherry croissant basket. They are not only aesthetic in appearance, but also taste better than the same food in another place.
Also, have to mention the croissant, so soft and crunchy. Highly recommend this place, definitely worth a try!

Nice change from korean food
There are alot of choices in the menu and the food is good and portions are big. Ambience is cozy and the service is good. It's a good change from Korean food. Will recommend others to come here too. I think the best dish is their signature, red wine series.
I am a chicken lover so their the red wine chicken suits me a lot. The chef is attentive to guide on how to enjoy the meal at maximum satisfaction. The waiters and waitresses are sincere in customer service and helpful in preparing birthday cake for one of our friend.

amongst the best cafes
This is the only cafe I recommend where you can truly sit down without distractions. The shop has two rooms: the first on the left with a roast coffee machine, and the second where you can relax, read, or work on your laptop.
Having said so, this is also one the best coffees in Jakarta. Relaxed and cozy vibes. They also serve very good quality of coffees and some desserts. Always the first cafe I would recommend to people when it comes to coffee in Jakarta.

Very good coffee
I had liberica several times and never really fond of it. Here they have an award-winning liberica beans and was wondering how good it is. So the barista Vers made me some.
It was really great - an almost perfect hand brew. The grapefruit aroma was strong and aftertaste was very pleasant. It lacks the caffein punch I expected but this would be great for evening coffee or as a mouthwash. Overall I am very pleased with it.

Great aesthetic cafe
This was a big surprise. I cannot imagine a cafe this beautiful existing after you go past dingy alleys and climb some stairs to a borderline run down building. But this is how chi minh! Every inch of the cafe is really well decorated.
We had cromboloni, it was so so only as i think it was hard. On the sweetness side, not that sweet which is okay. Coffee was good. Hot latte was good. Latte art was ok. Their other desserts too are all so good looking. I cannot remember the name, it could have been strawberry blush, it's incredible.

Nice coffee and brunch
Went during brunch time on a weekday and the place was quiet with a couple of other customers. Ordered the Pan Seared Chicken Breast, Smoothie Bowl, Ham & Cheese Croissant, and the Egg Mayo Croissant - all were great but wished the serving sizes of both the chicken breast and smoothie bowl was bigger especially for its price.
Ordered the Long Black both hot and cold - very good! Dining time is limited to 90 mins so might need to take this into consideration. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and the store atmosphere and ambiance was very cozy and relaxing.

Huge cafe
This is a large cafe with plenty of tables. We didn't have any problem finding a table on a Sat lunch time even though it is busy. The place is a tad noisy but is expected since there are many people. The food selection is good.
We love that it opens early from 7.30 am. Many seats, free wifi given, plugs were also aplenty but there’s a sign that states a dining limit of 90 minutes. The smoothie bowls are definitely worth trying.

pretty looking cafe
Chic and electic styled small cafe that serves coffee and pastries. I love their art deco that really adds character to their interior design. Their pastries and croissant were on point and satisfying. I tried their salted brownie and orange and thyme cale.
Both were great. Service was great too. They offered to warm up the pastries despite us arriving near to their closing time and they served us happily. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at this joint.

Beautiful space
There’s lots of natural light! Lots of seating. It’s comfortable and the wifi is good. Good place to study or work for a little while, or for a casual brunch. It's a place that feels good to hangout.
I've stopped by here several times with my friends and we all agree that not only the place makes a fine hangout but the menu is pretty solid. The food options, the drinks and their coffee just hits the spot.

Good taste
I have been having similar things to eat in different place. But here i found a great balance in taste, very nice seasoning, sweet acidic touches. Love it. Way too expensive though for Philippines standards.
A little too crowded around lunch time which makes the atmosphere less pleasant. No plugs if you want to work. Good job though on not making the aircon too strong like most places do!

nice cafe
Really nice cosy place to get coffee and people watch. The cold brew was packaged in a medicinal looking bottle, very cute and creative. Their filter coffee was served in a chemistry beaker, which reminded me of school.
Their tables are made from recycled plastic bottles, and were both beautiful and well-designed. A lot of thought and effort went into their products. I think these other things also contribute to the overall experience. Having said so, i loved the coffee. Probably the best in Manila.

Beautiful cafe
This cafe focuses solely on coffee, offering a minimalist ambiance perfect for savoring a cup in peace. Be prepared for a relaxed experience, as their specialty drip coffee uses slow brewing methods (expect a wait of 10-20 minutes).
But for coffee aficionados, the wait is absolutely worth it! The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive, making this a top contender for the best coffee in Manila. I would highly recommend visiting this spot.

Aesthetic cafe
A really cozy, airy, coffee-specialty café in the heart of the city! The space is filled with carefully curated art and design, and the high ceiling creates a relaxed atmosphere. Not to mention, the coffee is really good too.
They have one of the best coffees in town! The Kombucha and Iced Tea was notably enjoyable too. They don’t sell any pastries and only serve drinks, highly recommend visiting when you’re in the area.
#singaporetrip #couplestrip #cafes
Delicious food
They have both typical cafe options and slightly unique options (like fillo breakfasts) on their menu. We actually came back for the second time as our first experience was amazing.
And tried Mochi Waffles and Rosti Benedict this time. Now we are so sure that they will never disappoint you. The bacon and egg roll I would argue is the best I've ever had. My friends both had waffles which they enjoyed. French toast was very nice too

Great food options
Been here a number of times. Their food is absolutely delicious, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff were great. Highly recommend checking this place out. It is a modern minimalist style coffee place that serves fine coffee and rich food.
Good service. The staff are very friendly and welcoming! The food here is also large, so we can enjoy our lunch time. Nice selection on menu with a few things I hadn’t seen before. Very reasonably priced. A real hidden gem in Fyshwick.

Excellent coffee and brunch
This place has gone from a nice little coffee shop to one of the popular places for coffee on Lonsdale Street. Always packed, and deservedly so, you should be able to get a seat eventually and service is still quick.
They do amazingly for the space they have, and, despite always being very busy, the staff are always very pleasant. The coffee is always great and I think the best on the street. Would love the skim milk option one day though.

strong coffee
They have fun decor, light mood and fantastic staff. Enjoyed a couple of oat-milk coffees here (latte & cappuccino). Staff are friendly and the coffee is tasty. Lots of cools things to look at while savouring your coffee.
This is the spot to put some pep into the start of your day! I felt the food was a little limited but the coffee was great and I liked the monkeys on the cups! This is a nice cafe that's well worth visiting.

suoerb spot for desserts
Their offering sometimes switches. Some days fresh cinnamon rolls. I had eclairs here, along with various cakes. The owner and everyone working here are super hospitable. It's a chill place to relax, away from the old town.
From the very generous ice creams, to the original pastries, amazing coffees and comforting cookies, it quickly became my favorite spot. Prices are probably too low taking into account the quality of the products and of the service. Everyone was nice and warm with me.

wonderful cafe
Very healthy options which taste fresh and are well thought out. Nice seating, wheelchair and dog friendly, helpful staff and delicious menu. All day breakfast with all your favourites and a twist on a few things, coffee, tea and smoothies.
Full lunch menu with everything from Nachos to a Caesars Salad to burgers and spaghetti. Also recommend Fish Cake and Pancake here, both are nutritious and delicious. We will definitely visit again in the future.

beautiful cafe
We stumbled upon the escape cafe while roaming around. These were hot hours of the afternoon and also we were starved. With 4 of us wanting to eat something healthy. Escape cafe offered a great selection of food.
The prices were very justified and at par with what would be charged for such dishes. We found the food to be tasting good and service to be friendly. They did not rush us and we were able to enjoy the afternoon. This was a great place to hang out as well.

best food
This has easily become one of my favorite cafes in birkenhead. The atmosphere is so lovely and the food is always great. Lovely staff. Recommend their Burger and Chicken Waffles. Lots of vegetarian options also to choose from.
It’s great that Birkenhead village has free parking and there’s plenty of space available on Rawene road. Family friendly, delicious food, and one of the more affordable cafes on the block. Very tasty sausage and bacon, eggs poached to perfection and a hash brown you actually know you’ve had.

Great coffee & Food options
Everything was fresh and perfectly cooked. Smokey aioli was great. Despite forgetting our drinks, it was easily remedied by one of the hosts, who was really nice and dealt with the situation professionally and kindly. Chilli scrambled eggs were delicious, especially with the free range bacon.
All the coffee we tried was excellent. Service was great. They really have a Unique decor. Just a heads up that it's kinda tricky finding a parking spot if you want to dine in.

cozy spot
The bestie cafe makes for a nice casual brekkie spot. The Toastie was simple yet well-executed. The sourdough was toasted to perfection—crispy on the outside and soft inside. The fried egg paired nicely with the tangy pickles, creating a delightful mix of flavors.
It’s a great option if you’re looking for something quick and light yet flavorful. The flat white was spot on as well—smooth and well-balanced, with the right amount of richness. It was a nice complement to the meal and rounded out the experience perfectly.

Wonderful
The café has a quirky and vibrant theme with circus-inspired décor, including playful items like circus creatures, lions, and clowns scattered inside and out. The bright red color scheme adds to the lively ambiance, making it a fun spot for both adults and kids. I imagine children would love visiting this café, given its whimsical decorations.
Though I didn’t have a chance to try the food, I did have a coffee and took a look around. The cabinet food looked exceptional—beautifully presented and far from ordinary. Everything appeared fresh and delicious, making it tempting to return for a full meal next time.

coffee treat
We tried a couple of the house cakes, lemon cake and plum slice. Both of these were really well made, not too sweet and delicious. The poached eggs were perfectly cooked, sitting atop fresh smoked salmon and a crisp piece of toast. The hollandaise sauce was rich and creamy, with a hint of lemon and fresh dill, making each bite an exquisite combination of flavors. The capers added a nice tangy touch, balancing the dish beautifully. Parking can be tricky there, but the Dan Murphy’s is just over the road and there are plenty of parking spaces there.
