First, there are many choices of soup, we chose QQ collagen and sweet sauce, one pot per person, suitable for people with different tastes.
In terms of meat, the mainstay is LIMESTONE whole-blooded wagyu beef. This extremely rare part of wagyu beef is lean and tender with a faint milky flavour. Other meats such as Australian pure Wagyu, Yiding Grain-Fed Beef, and Japanese Hokkaido Shigen Pork are very fresh and of good quality.
In terms of seafood, the choice is equally rich! The crispy jellyfish flowers are super refreshing, the ace scallops are big and full of freshness; the fresh shrimp is very fresh and sweet; the super fresh oysters (limited quantity) are big and full, and the freshness is unparalleled! Others such as fresh squid on the water, grainy crab sticks smooth, green pepper long beef tongue, thousand layer beef cypress leaves are very fresh and delicious.

Coconut Chicken Hotpot
Finally, the coconut chicken hotpot from Shenzhen has opened in Hong Kong. After work, I spontaneously decided to try it to cool off.
There aren't many places in Hong Kong that use authentic coconut water for hotpot, but Four Seasons Coconut Grove features a hotpot with four coconuts and no added water! The broth is incredibly sweet. With over 60 branches in China, it's a must-visit now that they've opened a new store in MOKO.
The chicken used is Hainan Wenchang chicken from Shanghai, with fresh, enticing pink meat.
Double Cold Dish
The Hainan spicy Wenchang chicken gizzards are spicy and chewy, perfect as a snack with drinks! The spicy cucumber is refreshing and crunchy.
When the coconut water broth boils, the coconut aroma is overwhelming. The staff helps us add the chicken to cook. The chicken is tender and chewy, with crispy skin. Remember to drink a sip of the rich coconut water broth, it's fragrant and sweet, truly delicious!
Chaozhou Handmade Fish Skin Dumplings
Different from the usual ones, these small dumplings are chewy and have a fishy aroma.
Snow Mountain Beef Short Ribs
Beautifully presented, the pink meat with white fat marbling is rich and has a milky aroma.
Orchid Clams
Crispy and chewy, they don't have much flavor on their own, but dipping them in sand ginger soy sauce brings out their sweetness.
Coconut Boat Rice

How you can get there is by MRT Red line to reach here. The station is exactly on the same place, walking distance is around 5 mins to this place entrance. No entrance ticket is required. Full of hotpot restaurants and recommend to have it here.
This is a must visit place. The crazy crowds will usually start from 10 am-ish, so if you want a better photo, suggest reach there before 9.15 am, but some shops may not open yet.
We stayed at Lianci Hotel abd the stay is pleasant. Highly recommended to stay for 1 day. 1 day stay is enough and the hotel rate is not expensive.

Chinese-Japanese Hotpot Cuisine in Jordan
Recently, my friends and I visited a Chinese-Japanese hotpot restaurant in Jordan. The restaurant has a spacious environment with a wide variety of soup bases and ingredients to choose from. There are 8 types of dipping sauces available, and you can order items individually or as a set meal.
We ordered the [Seafood Hotpot Set for 2 $688], which includes 4 soup base options, and for an additional $30, you can choose a dual-flavor pot. We opted for the dual-flavor pot with 'Spicy Mala' and 'Cilantro Century Egg' broths. Each broth has its own unique characteristics; the Spicy Mala is flavorful and spicy, while the Cilantro Century Egg broth is refreshing and light.
This set includes several ingredients:
Hand-cut Angus Beef: The beef is very tender and sliced perfectly. It cooks quickly in the pot and tastes great even without additional seasoning.
Live Prawns: The 4 prawns are large, fresh, and have a sweet, firm texture.
King Scallops: The scallops are thick and have a fresh, sweet, and tender taste.
Dumpling Platter with Chive Dumplings: The dumplings have thin skins and are filled generously. The chive dumplings are particularly recommended for their fragrant and flavorful taste.
Handmade Meatballs: These handmade meatballs are bouncy and full of flavor.
Crispy Fried Bean Curd: Crispy and even better when soaked in the broth.
Fresh Vegetable Basket: Includes fresh vegetables like lettuce, napa cabbage, and enoki mushrooms.
Additionally, we ordered a [Selected Sashimi Platter $488], which includes Canadian geoduck, sweet shrimp, salmon, Japanese herring, and octopus. Everything was very fresh, especially the sweet shrimp, which had an incredibly smooth texture, and the thick-cut salmon, which was fresh and fatty.
For drinks, we had a pot of sugarcane and imperatae drink, which was sweet and refreshing.

The Cou Cou hotpot and tea break in the basement of Carnival Place on Dundas Street has soft lighting, making people feel relaxed and happy. A super comfortable dining environment with spacious seating and full sense of space, suitable for gatherings with family or friends.
The condiment table has a variety of seasonings, snacks, and fruits. There are many choices.
We chose the Yuanyang Hotpot, which consists of kombu soup and Taiwanese signature soup. We can taste both clear and strong flavors in one go.
The kombu bonito soup is light and delicious. It is loaded with kelp, and the bonito and clams are added to make the umami taste more prominent.
The Taiwanese spicy hot pot is very rich. The special spicy soup base is paired with unlimited amounts of duck blood and tofu, which is full of aroma and flavor.
The gorgeous seafood platter is not to be missed. There are five kinds of fresh seafood on the plate. My favorite is scallops and fresh slices, which are thick and large pieces of meat.
The fresh eel slices were so delicious that I ordered an extra portion. The meat was tender and chewy, and paired with the sweet kombu soup, the taste matched.
The cute cat claw shrimps are smooth, chewy in texture, and the shrimp meat is fresh and sweet.
Beef is a must-have for hot pot. The oil on the American beef shoulder is evenly distributed, and the meat is bright red and juicy. It is just right after being lightly scalded for ten seconds.
The hairy tripe is black hairy tripe, not over-bleached, large in size, and feels fresh and refreshing.
There are also smoothies and desserts after the meal, which is very heartwarming!
Let’s have a cup of iced double pomelo Aiyu jasmine tea and a pot of hot Dahongpao pearl milk tea. The sweetness is moderate and it’s a big cup. Cheers~ It’s a relaxing and happy afternoon~~

At Niu Pin Hot Pot Restaurant, I chose the Niu Yu Pin Hot Pot All-You-Can-Eat for $359 per person. This all-you-can-eat package includes a fresh live abalone and a cup of Chunyang Tea beverage for each person, with very attentive service. I chose the braised deluxe pot as the soup base, which was rich and flavorful, and together with the fresh live abalone, it made the hot pot even more delicious.

Today, I went to an authentic Chinese hotpot restaurant and ordered a hotpot seafood set for two at $788. I also chose the rich and creamy satay pork bone soup as the base.
The set included four slices of salmon sashimi, a seafood platter, and hotpot ingredients. The salmon sashimi was fresh and rich. The seafood platter contained two abalones, two scallops, four clams, two shrimps, and four slices of white eel, all of which were quite fresh with tender and sweet-tasting meat.
For the ingredients, I picked hand-cut Angus beef short ribs, crispy fried wontons, handmade cuttlefish balls, fresh shrimp dumplings, udon, and a vegetable platter. The hand-cut Angus beef short ribs were beefy, the fried wontons were crispy and flavorful, the handmade cuttlefish balls were chewy, and the fresh shrimp dumplings and udon were also good. A few years ago, I planned to celebrate a birthday with friends at this special hotpot🍲 restaurant, but unfortunately, I was sick at the time and couldn't attend. A few days ago, I passed by and saw it was mealtime, so I went into the restaurant with my husband.
The soup base we chose was Princess Zhao Yang's Coconut Chicken Pot, which was very rich in ingredients. There were nearly 20 pieces of chicken, and the chicken was very smooth. In addition to the chicken pieces, there were also clams, goji berries, several pieces of corn🌽, and a lot of coconut🥥. The soup base was very fresh and sweet. I really didn't want to contaminate it by adding other ingredients.
The Princess Elsa's Beef Treasure Box contained seven types of 🐂 beef, including top-grade Angus beef, hand-cut local beef, fresh beef shank, top-grade marbled beef, beef omasum, beef cubes, and beef tongue flowers. The beef had a strong flavor. The beef cubes were not tough. The beef omasum was crunchy. The most noteworthy thing was that when it was served, the wooden plate had dry ice at the bottom, and after adding water, a large amount of smoke poured out, creating an excellent visual effect.
The Iberian Acorn Pork🐷 was thinly sliced and not chewy. I liked the plate that held the pork slices, which had a regal feel.
The Xiang Xiang Palace Cooking Bell Platter was a plain bell platter with golden bells. The bells could be eaten immediately, very crispy and crunchy to the point that I didn't want to soak them in the soup and make them soggy. The golden bells were added with salted egg, very sinful!
The truffle flavor in the Truffle Cheese Heart Squid Balls was strong. When you bite into the squid balls, cheese🧀 will flow out.
The Vegetable Sprout Scallop Dumplings had a good filling, with fresh and bouncy scallops, and the vegetable sprouts were my favorite jade sprouts. I originally thought they were bean sprouts, but after biting into them, I realized they were jade sprouts. Personally, I think the taste of jade sprouts is cleaner and doesn't overpower the flavor of the scallops. Moreover, it's quite rare to find dumplings🥟 mixed with jade sprouts in the market, which was a pleasant surprise!
The taste of the Homemade Sugarcane and Imperatae Drink was normal, but what was special was that it was served in a very exquisitely made purple clay pot.

We recently had a wonderful dining experience in Suki-Ya Plaza Singapura. Suki-Ya is a popular Japanese all-you-can-eat hot pot restaurant with seven branches in Singapore. The restaurant offers 6 types of soup bases, including tomato, sukiyaki, kimuchi, shabu-shabu, fresh soy miso and butaniku. The staff recommended us to try sukiyaki and butaniku. We enjoyed the unlimited, top-quality chilled beef and pork in paper-thin slices and the tender chicken slices. Lunch costs $22.90++ per pax and dinner costs $27.90++ per pax. It includes unlimited serving of meat, ingredients that we can self service from the bar including fresh vegetables, a wide variety of meat balls, soft drinks and ice cream.
