As December approaches, shopping malls are starting to put up Christmas decorations, creating a festive atmosphere. It is said that Pacific Place has put a lot of effort into their decorations this year. So, we went to take a look. After enjoying the decorations, we dined at this nearby Korean restaurant. The atmosphere around Sun Street is very nice, and many people come here for dinner and happy hour after work, including this restaurant. We chose three dishes this time.
Bossam: This dish includes 10 pieces of tender braised pork belly, some crispy endive 🥬, some pickles, and Korean spicy radish octopus 🐙. The pork belly is not specially seasoned, so you can taste the original flavor of the pork belly if eaten alone. For a fresher taste, you can dip it in the special sakura shrimp sauce. For a stronger flavor, you can dip it in Korean miso paste. For a more stimulating taste, you can eat it with Korean spicy radish octopus.
Fried chicken 🐔: Very crispy. Boneless chicken pieces, juicy and meaty. In addition to the chicken pieces, there are also sweet potato 🍠 chips. The sweet and sour sauce for the fried chicken is served separately, so the chicken pieces do not become soggy.
Ssam Set: Includes soft and sticky mixed rice, grilled pork slices, Korean lettuce wraps 🥬, and spicy bean paste. The way to eat it is to wrap the pork slices, rice, and bean paste in the lettuce.
Overall, the food is different from the usual Korean food, giving a fresh feeling.
