The soup base includes Five-fingered Peach, Corn and Carrot, Qingbuliang, and Dendrobium. We chose the Five-fingered Peach one, and it smelled amazing! The chicken soup cooked with Dinghu Mountain spring water was incredibly fresh, and we drank several bowls of it.
Yangshan Crispy Chicken
The three ways to eat the chicken were really flavorful. The chicken was deboned and sliced, with the sauna chicken having a tender and smooth texture, and crispy skin! The chicken meat steamed with spring water was crispy and tender, and tasted great. White clams can also be steamed together, making them fresh and delicious.
Yangshan Tofu
The tofu had a delicate texture and rich bean flavor. It can be eaten after steaming for 4 minutes. Paired with the store's special dipping sauce, it was tender, smooth, and fragrant.

Jazz Soup
When you open the lid, the aroma is incredible! This soup perfectly caters to the Cantonese palate with its fresh broth and abundant ingredients. Besides the smooth fish maw, it also includes cantaloupe, pork shank, and aged tangerine peel. Every sip in the winter is filled with happiness.
Four-Head Moutai Drunken Abalone
This is the first time I've had abalone made with Moutai. With just one bite, the fragrance of Moutai spreads across the tongue, blending with the rich aroma of the liver. The abalone is incredibly refreshing, and before you know it, you've finished the whole dish.
Red River Scallion Saltwater Chicken
The saltwater chicken is also fantastic, with an exquisite presentation. It uses scallions from Honghe, Yunnan, which have a particularly prominent aroma. The chicken skin is crisp, and the meat is tender. Each bite is so good that it leaves you speechless.

This dish is a must-try. The aroma of the white curry is rich and fragrant, and the prawns are plump and juicy, many of them with shrimp roe. Each bite of shrimp is enveloped in the creamy curry, with the milky and fresh flavors intertwining in your mouth. The curry sauce is perfect for mixing with rice, I could easily finish a big bowl.
Seafood Tom Yum Soup
This bowl has a perfect balance of sweet and sour flavors, making it very appetizing. The prawns inside are impressively large, with firm and fresh meat. I could easily drink half a pot by myself.

Walking through Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou, this prestigious institution renowned both domestically and internationally, I felt a strong academic atmosphere and the beauty of nature. On campus, the lush trees and ancient buildings complement each other, especially the magnificent library standing in the center of the campus, as if telling the power of knowledge.
Walking along the path, the lake sparkles under the sunlight, and egrets dance gracefully on the water. Students gather in groups of three or five, or sit quietly alone, focused on their studies. Occasionally, the sound of reading aloud can be heard, making one feel the passion for knowledge.
In a corner of the campus, on the verdant lawn, students either play and laugh or read quietly. This is where they chase their dreams. As the sun sets, golden rays of light sprinkle every corner of the campus, making this institution even more charming. Sun Yat-sen University is not only a temple of knowledge but also a vibrant community full of life, deeply attracting everyone who comes here.

Signature Beef Tripe and Offal Pot
A pot full of ingredients, truly sincere. The variety of beef offal inside is incredibly rich, including beef brisket, beef tendon, beef intestines, and omasum. Each piece of offal is stewed to perfection, tender and flavorful, melting in your mouth.
In addition to the abundant beef offal, the pot also includes beef balls, radish, corn, winter melon, gluten, broccoli, and other side dishes. Each side dish absorbs the rich and savory broth, making it perfect with rice. I feel like I could eat three bowls of rice with just this broth.
You can also add fresh beef tripe to the pot for a quick dip. After a few dips in the pot, the tripe becomes crispy and tender, coated with the rich broth.
Besides the beef offal pot, they also offer dim sum. I tried the red rice tea and shrimp dumplings, and they were quite good.

The weather is getting colder, and it's the perfect time for a chicken hotpot. I found an amazing place near Yangji. Their Five-Fingered Peach Charcoal Chicken Hotpot is super healthy, and when paired with fresh oysters, it's absolutely fantastic.
Five-Fingered Peach Soup Base
A unique Guangdong soup base that's sweet and nourishing! Once the soup is boiling, add fresh Qingyuan free-range chicken. The chicken is tender and not dry at all. Dip it in the soul sauce of old Cantonese (sand ginger + cilantro + soy sauce + sesame oil), and it's incredibly delicious. One sip of the chicken soup warms your whole body.
And those oysters, as big as your palm, freshly shucked. Just a quick dip in the hotpot and they're ready to eat.
After finishing, you can add some side dishes to the pot, like fish roe pouches, dried bean curd, fish skin dumplings, and more. It's another satisfying day.

This is a must-order dish at almost every table. The presentation is very unique, and the owner even says that if it doesn't taste good, you don't have to pay! Sweet but not greasy, each rib is coated with a caramel-colored secret sauce. The meat easily falls off the bone, making it hard to resist eating piece after piece.

This is my absolute favorite. No more monotonous cold salads. Using a unique steaming process, it brings out the flavors of fresh vegetables, soft pumpkin, and sweet chestnuts. It comes with a choice of two out of four dipping sauces: vinaigrette, sesame sauce, soy mustard, and roasted pepper. The variety of flavors is amazing.

The beef is tender and juicy, and the rice is perfectly cooked, mixed with the sweetness of carrots and onions. It's so fragrant that I could devour a whole plate.
Rack of Lamb
This is my first time trying this, and it's quite novel. The lamb is grilled to perfection, sizzling with oil, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. One bite and the fat bursts in your mouth, flavorful without being gamey.
Big Plate Chicken
How can you eat Xinjiang cuisine without Big Plate Chicken? The chicken is tender, the potatoes are soft, and the spicy flavor is incredibly appetizing.
Premium Hand-Grasped Meat
The meat is tender and retains its original flavor. Dipped in salt and pepper, you can enjoy Xinjiang lamb without having to travel to Xinjiang. I absolutely love it.

The goose skin is roasted to a golden-red shine, and the meat is tender and juicy with visible marbling. Each bite is rich with the aroma of fat, and you can dip it in plum sauce to balance the richness.
Claypot Shark Fin
When the claypot is served, it is still sizzling with steam rising. The shark fin is distinct and translucent. A spoonful melts in your mouth, with the broth being rich and savory, full of collagen.

As soon as I walked in, I was amazed by the variety of fresh seafood. Blue lobsters, prawns, clams, oysters, crabs, and fish were all available, and you could catch them yourself. These seafood items can be steamed in a steam pot or cooked in a hot pot, whichever you prefer.
There was also a wide variety of sashimi, including salmon, tuna, and Arctic surf clams, all of which were very fresh. Even the lobster sashimi was unlimited, and I felt like I got my money's worth just by eating the lobster.
The chef sliced the sashimi on the spot, and each piece was cut evenly with clear textures. Dipping it in a bit of wasabi and soy sauce and putting it in your mouth, the fresh and tender texture was truly amazing.
The cooked food section was even more dazzling. The skewers and yakitori were freshly skewered and grilled, full of smoky flavor. With each bite, the meat was fragrant, crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. I felt like I could devour a whole plate.
There was also grilled durian, with a huge piece of sweet and soft durian flesh.

The classic pork belly is grilled until it sizzles with oil, and the marbled fat and lean meat turn golden under the charcoal fire. Wrap the grilled pork belly in lettuce, add garlic slices and green chili rings, and take a big bite. The flavors of the meat, vegetables, and garlic explode in your mouth, bringing an instant sense of happiness. The refreshing lettuce balances the richness of the pork belly, allowing you to fully enjoy the pleasure of eating meat.

I've always loved their BBQ, the taste is consistently great, and I'm always satisfied every time I go. This time, I passed by and found out they also have hot pot, so I had to try it out.
The Volcano Beef Hot Pot is a must-order. When it arrives at the table, the beef is piled high around the pot, and the sight alone is enough to make you fall in love. The beef is tender, juicy, and has a slight milky flavor, it's really delicious.
The Fresh Shrimp Pockets are also amazing. The pockets are plump and look adorable. They are stuffed with large shrimp, and eating them feels like you're filled with good fortune.
There's also crab sticks, which are fresh and sweet. I can easily devour several of them in one go.
